Pros:

Been here few times and staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable and clean

Cons:

Shame the restaurant on site is closed down because food is amazing

Terrible. I did not sleep a wink. Facilities poor. Should be sold as bed only.

Cons:

The bed was too short. I am only 5f5 and my feet were touching the end of the bed.
The bed was very uncomfortable and not of hotel quality. More like a build your own from Argos.
The award winning restaurant was under refurbishment but according to locals it has been closed for many years.
The hotel has no bar and the two eateries next door do not sell alcohole either
We could not have breakfast in the morning as the kitchen was closed (on Monday morning).
We had to travel a good distance to find a pub, however they had stopped serving food at 4pm. Therefore, we did not manage to find any where to eat our evening meal.
The hotel does not offer a vending machine or snacks/drinks to purchase.
We paid for rent of a bed really and even that was so uncomfortable I didnt sleep and had a bad back the following day.

Budget hotel do not expect anything else
Pros:

Basic room on a budget, shower with clean towel and toilet, zero toiletries so you will need to bring your own soap etc.

Cons:

Room was too warm hard to sleep! Aircon switched on but absolutely didn't work at all!
Room above you could hear noise easily, even could hear them snoring in our room at night!

Will not be returning
Pros:

Like - very little to like. A sparsely appointed and poorly prepared room and no other facilities. Staff noticeable by their absence and having to dialma phone to get service is mot worth £140+ per night.

Cons:

Parking was good but then it went downhill fast. Certainly not worth the money asked. No restaurant, no breakfast - not even emergency proceddure notices or any other information on rooms.

Checked out a day early as accommodation wasn't suitable for us. We didn't complain as it was Xmas.
Pros:

Location suited us for our needs and offered free parking. Price was good.

Cons:

Couldn't book a ground floor room even though I was travelling with my 80 year old mother. Bathroom sink had no plug and we had to ask for one. Bathroom shelf was missing so no where to put toiletries. Toilet bowl had bad stains. Towels had threads on and one had a hole in it. Bad mark on carpet. Holes in wall that needed filling in. No window, other than the velux loft skylight, so we had no view and the blind on this window was broken. We could feel the mattress 'tufts' through the sheets.
