Cleaningness
Nothing
The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The location was out of the way in a small village, so I thought it would be ideal for a relaxing overnight stay.
Paper-thin walls, you can hear absolutely everything, when I was walking to my room for the first time, I instantly knew what I was letting myself in for - either a couple were enjoying their room a bit too much, or a lonely man was watching his favourite adult movie a bit too loudly - you can imagine the rest!
Woken at 1am by a couple laughing far too loudly in the room next door, woken at 3:30am to a couple arguing outside, and once I had actually had a few hours of sleep, by 6:30am I also had the pleasure of hearing another female banging things shouting at the top of her lungs to who I assume is her partner about how he should stop talking to other girls.
When I left in the morning, someone had dinged my brand new car’s door so that’s an additional frustration I have to endure.
If I wanted this kind of drama, I would have stayed at home and watched Eastenders.
The bathroom is OK as it's fairly new.
But the rooms was dirty and has bed bug
Very good value. Good location
The restaurant attached to the hotel isn't open.
It was convenient for my travel needs, the room was nice and clean, the en-suite was just what I needed, and the bed was comfortable
Staff were very helpful, bedding was clean
There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, when I opened the door something fell out. Carpet had stains, fridge freezer was dirty and toilet had old marks. They’re obviously mid renovation, no noise disturbance but rooms need tlc and a bit more thought like can’t fill the kettle because it doesn’t fit in the sink and placement of mirrors etc
Groot bed met voldoende kussens, goede douche met voldoende druk op het water en een grote parkeerplaats
Zeer rare geur in het volledige hotel, dunne muren waardoor je de andere mensen hoor en slechts 1 menu keuze voor ontbijt
Location was close to Bluewater and hangloose where we were.
Uncomfortable beds with bumps in mattress. Lots of dust and white marks on cushions and curtains. Late night guests that made lots of *noise* through very thin walls, and their *movements* which also made our door shudder constantly. At check in we were told our room had leaking AC and so did the others but they did manage to find us a small room with a working AC. The wall however was marked brown all down it underneath so had clearly also been leaking. Also worth noting that the water bottle provided in room had been re-sealed and there was a very odd smell.
Great place to stay when you working or on business. A little far to walk to pubs, restaurants. 1 mile from a shop and a couple of takeaways next door.
Much much nicer amd totally worth staying if you want a break from Darford Central hotels.
The name and view actually match.
Having no restaurant on site but that looked like it was mid renovation
Clean and comfortable
Bus doesn’t run that often
