V Good hotel
Pros:

After a couple of good stays in Kimptons in Edinburgh and Budapest I decided to give the Dallas one a try and I wasn’t disappointed.

They are free nibbles and drinks in reception which was a nice touch.

Breakfast was good , albeit a bit slow when it’s really full.

We also ate in the evening there which was good.

The ground pool area was a welcome break in the 30c heat.

Defo recommend!

Wunderbares Hotel, nettes Personal. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bett sehr bequem und alles war sauber. Die Dusche war riesig und sehr guter Wasserdruck. TOP. Die Lage war auch toll, Deep Ellum Partymeile in der Nähe 2 Minuten. Im Hotelzimmer habe ich nichts gehört. Die Bahn ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und man kommt direkt ins Zentrum von Dallas. Die Bahn hört man etwas, dafür bekommt man Ohrstöpsel.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Würde wieder buchen.

Cons:

Frühstück a la carte. Kaffee war nicht gut bzw. gar nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Ich habe dann wegen Hungergefühle differenziert bestellt, wie zum Beispiel getoastetes Brot mit überbackenem Käse, Croissant, Saft etc. extra extra. Stand so nicht in der Karte. Wurde auch netterweise alles so gebracht, wie von mir gewünscht. Fühlte sich meinerseits nach Prinzessinnen Extrawünsche an und man muss bei Buchung inklusive Frühstück beachten, dass TIP zusätzlich berechnet wird.

Schönes Hotel in top Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel in guter Lage nahe Stadtzentrum und deep ellum. Super Zimmer, feine Betten und schöne Badezimmer.

Cons:

Frühstück hat teils sehr lange gedauert, kein buffet sondern serviert.

Vriendelijke personeel, schoon maar resort fee zorgt voor een vervelend gevoel
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personaal, kamers zijn schoon (al was de muur wel iets beschadigd), goed bereikbaar met trein.

Cons:

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. En helaas ook hier weer niet transparante kosten bij het uitchecken van een resort fee van 25 dollar per nacht. Dit soort kosten horen in de prijs te zitten, maar de zogenaamde resort fee is in Amerika een extra verdienmodel geworden met als reden dat dit is voor ‘voorzieningen’ die je dus verplicht moet betalen. Wij waren 3000 euro kwijt voor 5 nachten voor een kamer, dan hoort dit niet.

le valet parking tres insitant pour faire du valet, alors que je voulais juste debarquer mes bagages et parker ma voiture moi même. très inconfortable à notre arrivée

Post surgery hideaway
Pros:

Stayed here after coming into town for a quick surgery. Everyone was so great. Brought me extra pillows, ask how I was feeling, even tied my shoes for me and made sure my room was serviced while I was at the hospital so I came back to a clean space even though It was crazy early. Absolute perfection. Excited to return.

Nice hotel. Pet friendly but not quiet
Pros:

My wife and I spent a night at the Kimpton with our dogs for our anniversary. The hotel is pretty nice. The staff was very friendly and I love that they are very pet friendly. We stayed in an Epic King Suite and the room was large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice and spatious.

Now the things that could have been better.
- the floors in the hallways had numerous stains
- the floor in the room needed a mop. Both of our feet were dark from walking around the room
- there isn't a designated pet relief area
- the biggest problem is the noise from outside. Deep Ellum is loud, even on a Sunday night and you can hear it all in the room. It finally quieted down after 2am.

Overall, I would stay here again even though it was not perfect.

My wife and I chose the Kimpton Pittman Hotel to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like true VIPs. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and thoughtful.

We were surprised with a room upgrade, a $100 hotel credit, and complimentary breakfast for two the next morning. The highlight was an unexpected and incredibly kind gift from the Chef and Culinary team at Elm & Good, which made our celebration feel even more special.

The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located — steps from Deep Ellum and just minutes from Downtown Dallas. For the level of service and luxury, the rates are very reasonable.

Our entire stay was seamless, relaxing, and truly sublime. I highly recommend the Kimpton Pittman to anyone visiting Dallas, especially for a special occasion.
