Hotel looked good but not a good location and not 4 star facilities or service
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Hotel looked lovely when you arrived in and pools liked nice and views were lovely

Cons:

I misinterpreted address of herceg novi to be in the town but it was a long way out of herceg novi in middle of nothing. Pools were freezing, understand outdoor to be cold at this time of year but indoor pool was freezing too. Air conditioning is a central system so no control over temperature. Room was 24.8 degrees, none of us could sleep, hotel did nothing despite 2 complaints. Kids play park no longer exists, left in a state of danger. No plastic cups so glass by the pool, watched at least 2 glasses get broken next to pool, so dangerous.

Très agréable et bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Les chambres sont propres et modernes
La vue mer est magnifique, c’est apaisant de se lever tous les matins avec une aussi belle vue.
L’équipe d’animation est superbe.

Cons:

Les repas sont répétitifs peu variés. En une semaine les mêmes plats sont proposés à plusieurs reprises.
Manque d’entretien du jacuzzi ( payant)

All the facilities in the hotel, friendly staff, a beautiful hotel beach with great sun loungers, pools, and a wide variety of food.

Cons:

Because the rental of bathrobes is charged, and a deposit is required for beach towels. And the bed linen was not changed even once during our 5-night stay.

For the price, was not good.

Had a beautiful view

Cons:

Many things were missing in the room.
There was only one towel, even though there were two of us. Without Towels (small, medium, large).
And Missing Slippers and bathrobe.

Pros:

Hotel je svetao, romantičan, ima lepu suncanu terasu sa pogledom na more i zastakljenu salu za ručavanje. Zatvoreni bazen koji izlazi na otvoreno, privatan parking.

Cons:

U sobama nema bade mantila i papuca, moraju da se doplacuju, sto mislim da za hotel ove kategotije nije primereno. Satnica obroka u hotelu bi mogla da bude malo bolja.

Bello ma non bellissimo
Pros:

Stanze ampie quasi complete, mini bar vuoto in stanza, vicino al mare praticamente sull acqua , buffet internazionale straordinario e la scelta all inclusive ,bevande incluse.puoi noleggiare una macchina.

Cons:

Niente bottigliette d acqua in camera,, se la sera vuoi fare una passeggiata non ce niente vicino necessario minimo uno scooter , niente spazzolino e dentifricio.... per un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato anche questi dettagli.

Apsolutno sve mi se dopalo! Fenomenalna lokacija, enterijer hotela, hrana, osoblje, pogled, zaista nemam nikakvu zamerku! Ciste sobe, posteljina, peskiri, osoblje koje brine da sve bude u naiboljem redu, prijatni i nasmejani.

It was interesting and good enough.
Pros:

Location facing the sea, the architecture the open outdoor pool with seat out.
Unique furnishing with use of raffia.

Cons:

Poor communication which I believe is due to lack of understanding of English language. So they pack up food at closing time without pre-informing customers .
Timing of the restaurants. As all inclusive one would have expected continuous opening of restaurants.
No planned activities or perhaps we were not informed, even the fact that they had card and board games.
