Yemekler beklediğimden iyiydi. Odalar ve eşyalar iyi-çalışır durumda. Yemeklerde sınırsız çay ve su ikramı var. Havuzları yeterli büyüklükte (Dış havuz 25 m). İnternet güçlü.
Yerleşim yerlerine uzak ve otelin önündeki yol 300 m boyunca stabilize.
Everything was wonderful – cleanliness, staff friendliness, great value for money, everything was a 10 out of 10.
We will definitely come back, and we’ll bring our friends too.

Located in the middle of no where, the property is primarily used by group tours, like ours.
The negative experience starts from the lobby, whose dinginess is reminiscent of a western movie. There are two small lifts, (one with a capacity of only four pax), which cannot ensure the smooth movement of bus load arrivals and departures.
The rooms (except on the fifth floor) are small and need major maintenance. The washrooms are badly designed and in many cases there is water leakage.
The cups and glasses in the rooms are made of plastic - something which does not support the hotels claim of being a 5 Star!
The meal spread is frugal and goes heavy on salads to show an increase in variety.
Since these tours are already paid for, the management obviously has no need to upgrade the hotel.
We wish we had read the previous posts before finalizing our booking.

Food was bad , the timing of serving food is not consistent .
Alot of annoying on early morning people was screaming out side room early morning from 4-6 AM .
Its not five star resturent , food is not five star hotel food .
Ailecek tatil yaptık. Mutfak inanılmaz lezzetli bol çeşitli hiçbir şeyden kaçınmamışlar. Çocuklar içinde büyükler için de yiyecekler bulunmakta. Odalar temiz. Aslında otelde her yer çok temiz. Bu konuda çalışanlar çok titiz sabırlı güler yüzlü. Her konuda her türlü yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar sorun çözüyorlar. Termal Havuzlar çok temiz. Ortak alanlar çok temiz. Ayrıca çocuklar için özel bölümler mevcut.
Tüm çalışanlara tek tek teşekkür eder en kısa zamanda görüşmek üzere... Her sene daim bir tatil yerimiz oluştu sayelerinde

Oğlumuzun çok sevdiği rahat ettiği güvenli ve aile ortamı olan çok sevdiğimiz bir otel. Bu sene geldiğimizde termal havuzların aktif olması bizi ayrıca mutlu etti. Türkiye'de bir çok termal otellere gitmeme rağmen burdaki termal su ayrı bir farklı ve temizdi. Restoran ve bardaki fiyatlar gayet makul özellikle bahçesindeki gomeda vadisi ve kilise manzarası inanılmaz güzel harika vakit geçirdik. teşekkürler
The rooms were clean but definitely not a 5 stars hotel room. Our toilet was inside the shower and the bathroom door wasn’t closing properly.
The hotel needs a big renovation. The current situation is not even near the pictures on the webs.
Only places was renovated was the ballroom but everything used for ballroom was plastic from chairs to cups.
The restaurant staffs were so friendly and attentive.
The breakfast was better than expected, surprisingly good variety and taste.
We didn't like anything with this hotel. This hotel is not a 5-star hotel. It should be a 3 or 4 star hotel.
Everything with this hotel is awful 😖. The outside and indside pool was very dirty
