Room to improve but overall a good short stay
Pros:

Location was great, the rooms were clean and spacious and had most of the amenities that you expect. The lifts were quick and efficient and everything worked well.

Cons:

We did ask to add a roller bed for my son, and they claimed the room could not fit a roller bed BUT I stayed in a suite, there were plenty of space in the living room to fit the roller bed. We ended up asking for a set of bed sheets, pillow and blanket and he slept on the sofa. The charging ports do not allow USB C, which nowadays most of the devices uses USB C, they should consider upgrading.

Decent and clean hotel
Pros:

Cons:

Very minimal amenities provided, even by Taiwan standard. I thought at least slippers would be available. I asked and was given a pair, but they were paper thin. Also the conditioner in the shower absolutely did not work - guests with long hair should beware. Overall I would choose other hotels in the vicinity for better comfort.

Lovely comfortable stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Hanns House Taipei. The staff were wonderful throughout our visit and provided excellent service, which really made the experience feel welcoming and easy.
Our room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable couch and coffee table, plus a handy mini kitchenette. It feels more like a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel, which is worth noting, although this does seem to be clearly reflected in the listing.
The location is very convenient for transport, being extremely close to Taipei City Hall MRT station, and within walking distance of Taipei 101, Din Tai Fung, and other dining options.
That said, the area itself is quite quiet and not really in the middle of Taipei’s main hustle and bustle. Apart from Taipei 101, there isn’t a huge amount immediately nearby, and in hindsight we personally would have preferred staying in areas like Zhongshan or Ximending, as we found ourselves frequently taking the MRT to get to the places we wanted to explore.
Overall though, it’s a comfortable and well-run stay, and the location may suit travellers who prefer a calmer base with easy metro access rather than being in the busiest parts of the city.

Perfect, would stay again
Pros:

勉強可接受
Pros:

1，房間真的很大比其他飯店都來的大，很寬敞乾淨明亮。
2，minibar會一直補，每天都有room service。
3，床很好睡。
4，櫃檯人員服務親切友善。

Cons:

很可惜很多地方都有美中不足的問題導致整體評分也是一般般。
1，號稱公寓式酒店，但是廚房只有簡單sink和基本餐具碗盤，沒有電磁爐烤箱洗碗機。不是啊，公寓式酒店故名思議就是有小廚房可以自己煮飯，只有微波爐我不知道怎麼煮？
2，住了五晚，我們房間被分配到四樓且是角落的房間，窗外景色完全看不到101，直接被對面大樓完全擋住。 房間位置極差！
3，浴室偏小，雖然一晚價格不便宜，但房間內部大小對的起這個價格。只是浴室我覺得太小了，也沒有浴缸。
