Excellent hotel in handy ocation in Taipei!
Pros:

Handy to Taipei City Hall MRT and close to Taipei 101. Exceptional staff service and friendly. Large rooms and we had a great view of Taipei 101.

Cons:

Using TV and Netflix was a bit clunky.

整體環境是好的，1 F櫃檯人員很親切。
Pros:

1、床睡起來很舒服
2、淋浴空間很大
3、1 F櫃檯服務人員很親切

Cons:

1、房務清潔打掃不確實，清潔廁所時未將沾有毛髮的黏毛沾丟掉，而是直接放在洗手檯內。使用過的高腳杯，未清潔就直接放回櫃子內。
2、房間3 F面大馬路，隔音效果較不好晚上睡覺時會聽到馬路上摩托車跟汽車行駛的聲音。

Comfortable stay, cleaning could be better for subsequent stay
Pros:

Location is fantastic, close to Taipei 101, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, Dream Plaza and Taipei City Hall station. There is a generous entrance that allows guest get in and out of car comfortably. The staff by the entrance is the best as they always help with grab cars and grab delivery. Laundry self service is clean and convenient on 3rd floor.

Cons:

We stayed for a few nights, and unfortunately, towards the end of our stay, the floors and surfaces were not as clean as we had expected. Surface of the table was still sticky, utensils were washed in kitchen but not put away. On the fourth night, we experienced a few bites. The late-night staff were helpful and provided us with a fresh duvet for the spare bed that evening.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. I had breakfast three times, each one was worse than the previous. It's a shame in such a beautiful property, the owner would not give more importance to breakfast, a small but trivial detail.
