Ecocabañas Manguare

Accueil très chaleureux, le propriétaire est tout à fait charmant ! Nous avons rencontré quelques soucis avec le ticket de retour vers Leticia et monsieur nous a beaucoup aidé. Il s’est montré très disponible durant notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé et confortable.

The hostel is in a good location. We had a little balcony which was nice. Rodrigo was very nice and funny however I found his Spanish quite difficult to understand and he wasn’t really willing to use google translate which was a bit tricky. Bear in mind the rooms are “bug-proofed” I.e windows have mesh but there are many holes and you will get bitten but it’s the Amazon so to be expected. When I looked online there were not many budget places with mosquito nets.

By far the highlight of our trip was the tour guide (also bear in mind that I believe the hostel gives out your information to their guide because he found us and knew our names and where we were staying without us asking the hostel for one). Despite this Alex was totally amazing. He was very kind and relaxed and took us out to San Antonio to see the sloths where we saw many (different Peruvian guide takes you around - our was called Edminson and was very nice and knowledgeable and found us loads of sloths to see). Most notably however, is that we had to return to Leticia that day as we were flying the next and all the ferries were booked out. I asked Rodrigo and his friend who were both very unhelpful and said there was no other way to get back and suggested no other options. Alex however took this all in his stride and made it happen. He took us on our tour in the morning as we had originally planned and then managed to sort us a seat on his friends tour boat back to Leticia in the afternoon and it only cost us £3 more than the shuttle ferry. He was honestly so great and I would really recommend him to anyone. It is worth staying here (which was a nice stay) just to be able to have him as a friendly and reliable guide. Note that most of the guides that approach you in Puerto Nariño do not speak English. We speak some Spanish but Alex is proficient with google translate if you need it. He did us a massive solid getting back to Leticia that day so you can trust him! Big up Alex!

La atención de los propietarios es excelente, son hospitalarios y acogedores. La ubicación del lugar es excelente. Es un lugar aseado y cómodo. Ofrecieron apoyo con guía turístico Alexander muy bueno.

Great staff, the owners were very friendly and helpful. Very economical. Great recommendation for tours. We asked them for options, they sent a local guide, Alex, to the jetty to meet us upon arrival. Hé was awesome. Took us on private tours in his boat: we spent hours fishing, dolphin spotting, sloth sesrching, went to Peru, but all in a local, non-touristy way. Highly recommend Alex. Ask for him when you book the cabañas.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. The wifi signal is great as well. The location is terrific. It’s surrounded by lush trees and jungle sounds, but you’re a 5 minute walk from the port. The owner is very funny and laid back too. Great value!

L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leurs bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de Puerto Nariño. Ils ont été très accommodants pour un check-in plus tôt et un check-out plus tard. La chambre était propre, fraîche, confortable et tranquille.

Si buscas un lugar con una excelente relación calidad-precio, buena atención y ubicación. Este es el lugar. Don Carlos es un excelente anfitrión :)

Excelente ubicación en Puerto Nariño. Carlos muy amable te da los consejos que necesites de la zona. Afortunadamente nos indicó que lleváramos botas para ir a a nuestra actividad y donde las podíamos alquilar pues no teníamos pensado llevar botas y si era necesario pues el sendero tenía demasiado barro. Tiene un internet Satelital de Starlink de excelente calidad lo que te permite mantenerte comunicado por wifi en esta zona tan apartada del país. Las ventanas de las habitaciones tienen anjeo (malla que impide que ingresen bichos y permite que entre ventilación). Aunque nuestra estadía fue muy corta esperamos poder regresar con más tiempo a Ecocabañas Manguaré.

Die Kommunikation war prima. Wir konnten direkt nach Ankunft mit dem Boot um 9 Uhr morgens ins Zimmer und konnten unser Gepäck nach Check-out noch dort lassen, bis unser Boot fuhr. Unser Gastgeber hat uns einen super Guide organisiert, der uns direkt am Bootsanleger abgeholt hat und mit uns insgesamt drei Touren (Lake-Tarapoto, Nachtwanderung und Isla San Antonio de Cacao (Faultiere!!) gemacht hat. Ebenfalls hat uns unser Guide gezeigt, dass es in zwei Supermärkten die Möglichkeit Geld abzugeben gibt (in einem Geschäft funktioniert das Abheben aber nur mit Banc Columbia Karten!).

Ubicación central. El personal, lo mejor, fueron muy amables y nos dejaron las mejores habitaciones disponibles, además de ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos.

Personal muy amable. Buena ubicación. La habitación cómoda para el precio que tiene.

La ubicación OK. No desayunamos ahí.
