El hotel se encuentra en una buena ubicación.
Habían cucarachas en el baño.
El aire acondicionado necesita mantenimiento, estaba sucio y me desperté con alergia.

La ubicación del hotel.
La ubicación de la habitación, el interior de la habitación, el colchón, los insectos en el baño y no tenía televisión por cable.
El trato personal, muy profesional y me atendieron como una más de la casa. La localización es excelente! Cerca de restaurantes, centros comerciales y comercios. Un lugar muy privilegiado. De fácil acceso para encontrar taxis o indrive y en general todo se encuentra a corta distancia. Un desayuno estupendo!
El ruido de las discotecas....pero eso no le quita nada al Hostal. Ruidos y bulla hay en todos lados. Creo que la iluminación de los cuartos debe ser más brillante.
Super cute Hostal where I felt really safe and taken care of. Pet friendly was awesome as I was greeted by a beautiful golden retriever.( I love dogs). Also family friendly which boosted the friendly vibes of the staff and I will stay here again. Muy bien de todo.

Good cable TV and screen.
We had the Triple Delux bedroom...VERY noisy street. VERY high volume music until almost 2am. Not even ear pods can block the vallenato outside.
Warm water pressure is too weak, either you lean completely on the wall for hot water or just open the cold water tap to have a normal pressure shower but not hot anymore.
Staff was friendly. Housekeeping is nonexistent unless you leave your key at the front desk. One time leaving, we were instructed to leave the key, just in case we lost it. I think they just lost a return customer. Also, bathroom fixtures had 2 faucets, cold and cold.
Bedding very good - friendly service - lunch very good - walkable to the two biggest malls -
Only thing is: loud music in the weekend if one do mind as there is some pubs in the same street.
Es como estar en casa. La atención de Jennifer fue increíble, amable y pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Habitación Cañaveral: grande, camas limpias y bien organizadas, baño limpio con sus toallas para cada huesped. Además queda cerca a centros comerciales.
