AEI at Maui Banyan

Great staff. The condo was immaculate and well-equipped. A short walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for more!

I like that this property was quiet because some of the older condos are not. I like that the one bedroom had 2 bathrooms. Many condos have only a view of the parking garage and the lanai is narrow and noisy if the AC is running. There is no elevator to the parking garage and you have to park on the second or third level. This is fine unless you're alone and have to haul your stuff to your car. Not enough shade umbrellas at the pool and no beach gear in the condo other than towels. We had to go to Walmart and buy a cheap chair and shade umbrella for my 80 year old mom. Otherwise I love this location especially for the price. Great beach across the street and stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Our stay at this place was great. The location right on the beach was unbeatable, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the coast. Highly recommend!

Parking spaces are tight.

Kitchen, and 2 bathrooms were very helpful.

Area was beautifully landscaped.

Everything was superb. The only issue was the ‘in window air conditioner (the king you find at roadside motels) that was super loud and vibrated hard enough to shake the sliding glass door beside it. So, if you like that white noise, cool. I was there in the Winter, so open windows with no air conditioner worked fine.

This was the best trip to Maui ever! The Maui Banyan was perfectly located directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to great food and shopping. The condo we stayed in was newly renovated and so cute! Having two bathrooms was perfect! The service was great, we thought we would not have any maid service during our stay, but 4 days in fresh towels were delivered! Parking was free and readily available. And the sunsets each night were heavenly! We cannot wait to go back!

A really great property, awesome staff and location. Literally 3 minutes from our room to the beach. But unit in need of an update and deep clean.

Over all the property is amazing. It's located on Kihei road making it right in the middle of expensive, but amazing shops. They have kayaks and Surf boards you can grab to go out to the beach located right across the streets or any other beach.

The room was clean, well managed and house keeping was consistent. The only downside was the floor being a bit dirty, but other than that the property parking, pools, room and staff were all excellent.

Broken dish washer, dirty carpet, Had to wait until exactly 4:00 PM (not a minute earlier) to check in.

The place was really old , but the room itself was dirty. Don’t stay here it’s just old and yuck

Nicest condo I've ever seen in

Geek-run and well-maintained property in beautiful location. Could use some updating (e.g. pocket doors separating bedroom provided insufficient privacy and quiet). Housekeeping schedule was not followed, although we had what we needed.
