Из хорошего : большой номер, очень хорошее обслуживание, приличный завтрак, из мыльно-рыльный принадлежностей: мыло, шампунь, шапочка для душа,гель для душа, расческа, зубной набор, бритвенный набор. Из не очень хорошего: в жару очень душно и жарко, общая система не справляется, и напольный кондиционер, который приносят по запросу, не спасает(номер большой: две спальни и между ними еще небольшая проходная комнатка с журнальным столиком). Нет сеток на окнах, роль сеток выполняет паутина(пауков много).Окна на полную не открываются, поэтому, наверное, горничные убрать паутину не могут. Очень мало розеток, особенно в большой комнате - прикроватные лампы есть, а розеток я не нашла(правда, необходимости в освещении не было, поэтому вопросов я не задавала). странная работа лобби-бара с 10 до 22. Отсутствие алкоголя для меня не критично(но странно), а вот утром, до завтрака, я бы от кофе не отказалась.

Pros:

Хороший отель, но больше всего мне понравился чек-ин! Елена просто молодц, сделала все по высшему разряду. Класс Ритза, не ниже! Молодец, спасибо ей за прекрасный опыт.
