洗濯機や調理器具・食器が室内にあった点

予約・決済も終わっていたのに
チェックインが出来なかった
事前に届くはずのパスワード・キーワードも知らされず、予約番号すら認識されなかった
有人の対応となり、
システムエラーと伝えられるも
必要な情報が入らず、
困る度に有人のサポートをお願いする形となった
部屋のiPadも充電不足で何も機能しなかったので、滞在中の時計表示も得られなかった
チェックアウトすら部屋のパスワード入力しても受付けてもらえなかった
