Уютный небольшой отель недалеко от центра города
Pros:

Неплохой уютный отель расположен близко от центра Ростова-на-Дону. К преимуществам отнесем расположение, хорошее соотношение цена-качество, весьма неплохие завтраки, хороший сервис.
Тем не менее, в одноместном номере обнаружились некоторые небольшие недостатки, которые были либо сразу устранены, либо находятся в процессе устранения. Но в целом, отзыв вполне положительный.

Достойный бутик-отель, крепкие три звезды.
Pros:

Все комфортно, удобно и уютно. Новая хорошая мебель и сантехника. Весьма удобное расположение. Завтрак обильный, вкусный, свежеприготовленный, есть фрукты.
Необходимо улучшить вайфай в отеле, так как он постоянно вылетает. Напор воды слабоват, но это проблема всего города. Тем не менее, вода в кране горячая.
