Todo me encantó, la vista de la habitación hacia el mar no tiene precio, solo le faltaría mejorar la limpieza un poquito más, pero todo estuvo excelente!!

My adult son and I came to Cancun to take care of Dental work. We wanted somewhere comfortable, beach front, with a pool, close to a shop and had a restaurant. Not much to ask for right? This apartment had it all for us. We were very happy and very comfortable. The mattresses were soooo comfortable, the cooking facilities more than adequate. Air conditioning, safe, powerful shower. The restaurant was reasonable and good with wonderful service. Everyone we met was lovely and welcoming . We also felt very safe.

les instructions d'arrivées et de paiement ont été fournis à la porte d'accès du ressort. La seul façon de communiquer est avec "whatsapp". cela est difficile pour des utilisateurs non habitué avec application.
J'ai essayé de rejoindre le responsable plusieurs jours avant arrivé, mais je n'ai pas reçu de retour et cela via sms et wahtsapp avec 3 numéros de téléphones différents et aussi avec hotel.com.

Chambre est correct. climatiseur toilette douche comptoir sont bien.
table et chaises sont complètement hors d'usages. Les pieds tables sont mangé par la rouille et boiteuse. La TV est vielle et ne prend pas Hdmi 2.0 et une barre noir dans écran. Vitre patio était complètement brouillé par le sel et elle fut nettoyer 2 jours avant notre départ de 9jours en place.
Demande de nouvelle table sur whatsapp et je n'ai eu aucune réponse. Emplacement est bien mais il manque les accessoires intérieure pour rendre agréable le séjour.

They were terrible communicators. Property lacks maintenance. Otherwise nice place to stay

it was perfect for what we were looking for. we got it for nice and cheap and it didn’t have any fancy bells and whistles but those aren’t necessary. the restaurant was very good, pool was nice, beach was nice. staff was very friendly, and having the kitchenette available and a reasonably priced small grocery store on the property made things super convenient. would definitely recommend if you don’t feel the need for anything super fancy:)

Comenzare con lo bueno, el condominio tiene bonita vista a la playa las camas son comodas, es seguro, el restaurante es bonito tiene buena comida y es tranquilo, lo malo si reservas aquí es la espera a la hora del check in aunque avises con anticipación que llegarás a cierta hora se demoran así que ve con paciencia y tiempo, el baño no tiene ventilación o extractor entonces hace que huela feo el cuarto y el baño, pedimos que se nos llevarán toallas secas pero no nos mandaron nuevas, como fuimos por trabajo ocupabamos bañarnos mínimo dos veces al día y pues las 4 toallas no se alcanzan a secar porque al departamento no le da el sol, las dejábamos extendidas pero no sé terminaban de secar, pero yo en lo personal si me volvería a quedar.

Reservation was cancelled while I was mid flight from Sarasota to Atlanta. Found out during my layover. Contacted property and the kept hanging up. Contacted Expedia and was on hold off and on the entire layover. Nothing was resolved they promised I would have a comparable hotel in the same area. Landed in Cancun to find out I still did not have a room and we had nowhere to go. Took a $80 taxi to a random resort to charge phone in lobby so I could call Expedia again. I was told the hotel said they would accommodate so we took another taxi to the hotel and couldn't get in. We sat on the sidewalk trying to get in touch with someone. It was getting dark and it took 3 more hours to gain access to the room. We get in and it had a sewage stench immediately. No hot water. The toilet had urine all over it and vomit on the bathroom trash can. We received a email that we had wait in the room until 10 am the next morning so a colleague could come by and photograph our passport and collect a deposit in person or we would be locked out. I asked who would be stopping by and received no response. We didn't have any food, water or toiletries because it was too late to get anything safely in the area after waiting 4 hours to check in. Had to wash all of the dishes and utensils. We had to boil water to shower because there was no hot water. The nightstand has white powder residue on top and inside the drawer. The a/c unit looked like something out of a 90's horror movie and was on the balcony.

I loved the safety it's a gated place with surveillance at all times . Very homey, staff very friendly.

Horrible experience. Paid from 13th December. Reached on 14th in the morning. There was no one although I informed them few days back. Took 2.5 hours to get the key for our room. Room floor was very oily and slippery. Requested for new towels but didn’t get it.

property advertised as a studio suite with kitchenette. In reality it was a small outdated hotel room with 2 double beds no cooktop and no safe. Housekeeping was good as was the small restaurant

Mi pareja y yo tuvimos una experiencia inolvidable en este maravilloso lugar empezando por el detalle con adornos personificados que Salma preparó para nosotras además de flores, sábanas blancas muy limpias y una vista al mar que hacia el ambiente muy romántico.
Gracias por ayudarnos a tener unas vacaciones inolvidables!

Service is horrible and the rooms is outdated and not clean

Older facility but nice. Easy parking and good pool area. No front desk so make sure to call ahead. Friendly host met us at our car and showed us to the room

Views from the rooms are stunning at sunrise, and out the hallway windows at sunset over the lagoon. Staff was very kind and worked hard to ensure needs were met. Infinity pool and beach access were great. The building itself has a local feel and a lot of character, as well as a huge osprey nest on top of the one next door.
