It's NOT really a pool!!!
Pros:

The staff were lovely. The breakfast was basic but ok as long as you got there early otherwise some of the food ran out. The room was huge,

Cons:

The main issue was the hotel listing says it has a pool but in reality, it's just a hot tub sized plunge pool. We specifically booked this hotel because of the "pool" rather than booking one of the hotels near the Sphinx Gate which has really good views of the Pyramids and Sphinx. Also, the hotel is not really close by to any good restaurants or cafes.

Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff are fantastic and definitely go above and beyond to assist. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel also has the added bonus of a rooftop terrace with views of the pyramids.

Wij vonden ons verblijf super!
Pros:

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in gem plaza hotel! Onze kamer zag er goed uit, was schoon erg comfortabel. De bedden waren heerlijk. Vanuit mijn bed kon ik zo naar de piramides kijken, dat vond ik echt fantastisch. Ook hadden we een balkon. Het personeel was allemaal erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Bij aankomst werden we al gelijk goed ontvangen en boden ze aan al onze spullen naar onze kamer te brengen. De ligging is ook top, erg dichtbij de piramides en het museum.

L'albergo è stata la nostra base dove riposarci dopo Giza, il Cairo, Saqqara e Dahshur
Pros:

Per ritardo dell'aereo siamo arrivati alla una di notte invece che alle 23; il personale ha aspettato senza problemi e ci ha accolto con una bevanda di benvenuto. tutti i lavoratori sono gentili e disponibili anche se c'è qualche difficoltà con l'inglese che non tutti parlano in maniera sufficiente.
Ottima colazione italiana intesa come latte o thè e brioche o similari presente; colazione continentale presente ma più egiziana con spezie e verdure. avere camere silenziose è pressoché impossibile dato il carico di traffico presente nella zona.

Cons:

Il servizio al roof top è un po' lento ma accettabile.

فندق ممتاز، وكانت الإقامة مريحة جدًا. جميع الموظفين متعاونون وبشوشون ويقدمون خدمة راقية. المقهى والمطعم جميلان ويقدمان أطعمة ومشروبات بجودة ممتازة. شكر خاص للموظف حسن على ذوقه الرفيع، وأخلاقه العالية، وحسن تعامله واهتمامه بالنزلاء. بالتأكيد سأكرر الإقامة وأنصح بهذا الفندق.

A lovely hotel with great staff close to the Pyramida.
Pros:

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with plenty hot water in a safe, clean and well run hotel close to the Grand Egyptian Museum and Giza Pyramids. The hotel is excellent value for money with a lovely rooftop restaurant with an excellent view of the Pyramids and a lovely ground floor restaurant that also does meals as well a very generous and good breakfast. A big thank you to Ana at reception and all the staff who were efficient, courteous and helpful (even arranging a great and excellent laundry wash that needed doing). Well done and thank you to all.
