Lamentable
Cons:

No arreglaron las habitaciones por 4 dias... Hice una reserva de 4 habitaciones por 4 noches. La chapa de mi habitacion esta por caerse. Las cortinas se caian. El toallero se calló la jabonera de la ducha rota también. El TV no funcionó. El domingo fuimos regañados varias veces por una mujer con sindrome de Down q estaba sola y acargo de todo el hotel...Desde q llegamos nos tocó rogar por un vaso de agua. No había. El hotel está ubicado sobre una avenida de trafico pesado supremamente ruidosa.

Pros:

We liked that we had made a mistake with the reservation date and they welcomed us by changing the check-in date, the bed is spacious and the television is very good.

Cons:

The rooms are very narrow and smelly, and lack ventilation. The breakfast was disappointing and the spa prices were high. The relationship between price and services is not congruent.

The property was very nice and the rooms were well kept. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

I liked the property a lot, I just wish the rooms were slightly bigger and that breakfast lasted until 10am.
