+ The beach is absolutely stunning, and what makes it even better is that it’s cleaned regularly, so it really looks like a paradise beach
+ The staff are very welcoming; they always have a big smile and provide excellent service (even when something happens at night, they are there to assist you)
+ The design of the whole hotel is amazing — Scandinavian minimalism mixed with a tropical Cambodian touch. I loved it!
+ The rooms are beautifully designed, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is fresh and clean
+ The hotel is perfect for anyone who wants peace and tranquility, as it’s located in a very remote part of Koh Rong
The worst part of the whole hotel for me was the restaurant.
Breakfast is included in the price, but it’s very basic. There are even some options that you have to pay extra for, which is quite surprising considering how expensive the hotel is overall and how simple the breakfast is. On top of that, the quality wasn’t great either, as I got food poisoning after eating Eggs Benedict on my first morning here.
The regular menu is much better than the breakfast, that’s for sure, but it still felt a bit underwhelming, and unfortunately the food didn’t agree with my stomach. And the issue is that because this hotel is so remote there aren’t really other restaurants to choose from in the area so you have to eat here.
The waiters in general were absolutely lovely, but there was one guy who was quite moody — one day he would be very friendly, and the next he would be quite rude. They also need to tone down the upselling, as one staff member was so persistent that it became quite annoying after a while.
Also, they need to do something about the bats living in the shrubs next to the pool, which fly over it in the evening, as well as the stray dogs that wander onto the beach and approach guests.

Staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed, the beach is quiet and stunning. Food and drinks in the hotel were great.
L’hôtel se composent d une 20ene de bungalows, préférer les chambres 1 à 8 au fond plus confidentielles. La plage est très belle avec son sable blanc, possibilité de louer des scooters, on recommande lonely beach et le village de Touch. Au restaurant de l hôtel commander du crabe bleu au poivre vert ainsi que des crevettes, dîner en amoureux au bord de la plage dans un grand cœur de sable au bord de l’eau m, magique. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour son extrême gentillesse et plus particulièrement à Sambo qui nous a conseillé et s est parfaitement occupé de nous. Le personnel de l hôtel, 4 fois par mois nettoie la plage d’à côté, où les bouteilles et les déchets des pêcheurs s amoncellent. Nous avons été très sensibles à cette initiative.

Koh Rong as an island is so beautiful and I believe the location of the hotel is the best . its like you are on a private island, its really heaven . we used to wakeup always after the breafast time and always offered us the free breakfast , staff are great . Food can be better but still great experience.
We had the island tour on a rainy day, and considering the uncomfortable vehicle and the fact that we didn't even complete the full 4 hours, I feel the tour was overpriced and the price should be reconsidered.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Leuk ingerichte kamers op het strand. Je loopt de hele dag met je voetjes in het zand. Het eten is heerlijk, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de massages waren ook top. Het hotel ligt op een hele rustige locatie op het eiland, maar je kunt een scooter huren bij het hotel waarmee je in no time op andere plekjes en strandjes bent. Een absolute aanrader!
