Updated property with rooftop pool. Our breakfast was included ... fresh omelets daily along with a variety of other foods ... rooftop pool with a beautiful view ... rooftop bar and restaurant which we did not use ... only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is due to location ... restaurants and shops are quite a distance. However some are walkable.
Nice small hotel, clean, nice bedroom, large bathroom good for family of 4 ppls, limited parking, service average could do better, breakfast not too many choices and food below average, we live in 5th floor, right under the sky bar, kinda loud at night but overall still average rating.
每天早餐提供不一樣的菜色,這是很好的體驗
Meget bra hotell, relativt nytt og rent, og meget hyggelig personale. Flott badekar med utsikt på rommet i min kategori. Bra basseng og tak bar!
The room and bed was elegant and airy well decorated and designed.
It was a lovely hotel
Such a luxurious looking property yet lacks in room service, extremely poor breakfast options, they kept running out of food and lacked in restocking whilst breakfast time was still running. No room service available for food and drinks and room service for cleaning was never done to satisfaction. Extremely disappointed
The persons at the front desk were so nice, polite and helpful. The restaurant in the rooftop was amazing and has a good food and cocktails.

The rooms were nice - The pool was a bit unkempt - definitely not as pictured when we chose this boutique hotel. It needed updating, clean up, and more umbrellas (there was only one). The hotel staff were amazing - shout out to Fang at the front desk. She was very personable, enthusiastically greeting us in English by name with a genuine smile at every passing. She was most accommodating in coordinating with her dining room staff to be sure my wife's dietary restrictions were met with their breakfast meal selections. We felt very taken care of. We had an evening cocktail at the rooftop bar - (which during the day we were unsure if it was even open - as it appeared to have been closed up for the winter with tables and chairs stacked and covered, landscape unattended to, broken plastic deer on rooftop) The transformation within a few hours brought hope and anticipation... table cloths were placed over several tables, bar opened up, lights placed around area and beautiful candles decorated the tables. Although we didn't enjoy dinner on the rooftop; the aromatic smells of something delicious wafted in the air as we basked in the sun by the adjoining pool (we ended up going out and about in the town in search of dinner instead). The rooftop dining area staff was attentive and friendly.
I really wanted to prop that plastic deer back up on it's feet though lol.
Beautiful hotel! Clean, luxurious, good location, wonderful staff.
Glory Boutique not far from airport and walkable to temples was a lovely property. Room was spacious and well appointed. Room was clean but not meticulous spotless as one has come to expect for hotels. It was a lovely stay and I would recommend.
Pros: friendly staff, free breakfast (but average-toast, fruit, yogurt and many supper items to chose from) great coffee, great water pressure, nice pool.
Cons: location to the centre (night bazaar), no phone in the room. Rooftop restaurant is not affiliated with hotel so no room service. Food and booze at the restaurant is very expensive and staff speak limited English.
Comfortable and affordable hotel a relatively short walking distance from the old town. Our room wasn't the cleanest, particularly the bathroom and the bed (sheets were stained and torn). The rest of the hotel needed a bit of a revamp and some maintenance as well in our opinion, but overall glory boutique hotel is a decent stay for the price and location.
A beautiful hotel with a stunning rooftop pool. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The location is nice 8 minute stroll from the North Gate of the old town so is a very peaceful and convenient area.
My only criticism would be that a few more sunbeds around the rooftop area would be helpful at busy times.
We stayed here last year and decided it was definately where we should come back to, especially as we would be spending about 11 nights in total either side of a Mae Hong Son Loop trip. Our room (Queen) was excellent, as before, plenty of space, storage, comfy bed, fridge, clean towels daily. However the breakfast let us down, Everytime we came down most of the food that we were looking for had not been re-stocked. One day there was no bread, no fruit salad, no yoghurt, no cups, no spoons! The ladies were busy cooking eggs so they really need more staff to keep the food topped up. The other area that let it down was the pool area. Last year there was a conservatory with a bar in the restaurant area but this has now gone and been replaced with more tables and chairs, which is fine, but it's covered up with black plastic bin liners all day, until the staff set up for the evening, so it didn't look great. No drinks or food until 5pm when they open. Also, one end of the pool overlooks a heap of old tables, fans, metal frameworks and chairs. It looked a mess. There are two plastic 'animals' on top of a small structure, they are not in keeping with Thailand... and one is hanging on by a leg - why not fix it or take it down? The pool was dirty, lots of balls of dirt gathering in the shallow area where the sunbeds sit and lots of green akgae building up on the steps into the water. No toilet paper or hand towels in the ladies at 11.30am, and the inside of the toilet door was grubby.
This is the most friendly and helpful staff we’ve ever encountered! Beautiful rooms and clean facilities. Also affordable price.
