I suspect friends and bought reviews.
The experience began nice with a friendly and very helpful lady at the reception. From there on, disaster.
- At the beach they prioritize paying beach club customers, “they leave at least 80€”. So the +500€ the hotel guests pay per night isn’t more worth? When we made a reservation and it was confirmed, upon arrival our set was given away to two youngsters, supposedly friends of the girl working the booking of the beachfront. Unbelievable and totally disrespectful.
- The rooms were nice and clean, newly renovated. Air conditioning never reached desired temperature, not ok when outside temperature reaches 35 degrees Celsius and on top of that it stopped working in the middle of the night. Explanation: it has to do with lack of water in the region…do they think all are idiots? One more detail showing this isn’t a 5 star resort: they put a glass door to the bathroom that doesn’t close or lock and has openings up, down and on the sides, meaning everyone in the room can hear the one in the bathroom. Pure lack of knowledge on how to build a hotel room.
- Restaurant: it was half board. Breakfast was always empty on the colds. Dinner was tasteless and overcooked
Most importantly: nobody seemed to want to work there. Showed none interest in giving service. One guy asked and we told him our thoughts. He understood and confirmed they have some issues with employees not showing the interest needed. Then he lighted a cigarette in my face.

I liked everything about it :) 😻 what I would add is couple of hooks for the towels in the bathroom in the niches behind the doors :) would be amazing to hang the towels or bath robes there. Perfect place 👍we will be definitely coming back 😻

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit schönem Strand

2nd year going. The overall service is great. What changed from last year was the sun beds. This year they only gave 2 sun beds per room however they accommodated our family of four.

check in time was listed as 2pm on the confirmation email, the staff said that was not correct and the check in was 3pm, we ended up waiting way after 3pm

Great place for vacation, private beach

Otelin denize sıfır konumu ve plajı iyiydi. Kahvaltıda çeşit az olmasına rağmen başarılıydı. Odanın manzarası, dizaynı ve temizliği güzeldi. Otelin restoranı ve plaj barındaki fiyatlar bölge ortalamasının üstündeydi. Tatilimiz boyunca yaşadığımız tek olumsuzluk; pool&beach bar cashier tarafından kaba davranışa maruz kalmamızdır. Bu kişinin müşteriye nasıl davranması gerektiği hakkında eğitim alması gereklidir.

Super schönes Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Strand (Privatstrand des Hotels). Nette und hilfsbereite Bedienungen im Restaurant, Frühstück Buffet sowie A La Card.
Personal an der Reception im größten Teil auch sehr freundlich, teilweise durcheinander aber meistens super Professionell.
Strandbedienung kommt nur sehr selten (zu anfangs mit Karte und dann noch einmal, das war’s). Müsste öfter nach den Gästen sehen, um Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Bei größeren Mengen etwas überfordert aber trotzdem nett.
Einheimische dürfen ebenfalls an den Strand. Bei uns war es ruhig und deswegen genug Liegen frei, wenn aber viel los ist dann sind die Liegen schnell alle mit 10-20 Einheimischen belegt und für die Hotelgäste weniger Platz. Wenn man schnell ist, empfehlen wir die Betten am Strand (2 vorhanden). Sehr gut zum entspannen und schlafen nachmittags.

Im Großen ein 4.5 von 5 Sterne. Leckeres Essen, nette Leute, schöne Natur/Halbinsel.
