Que du bonheur!
Pros:

Pour notre week-end en famille avec nos grands enfants, c’était juste parfait . Un accueil top , une cuisine excellente et un lieu très sympa!
Vraiment une belle surprise et on reviendra avec grand plaisir !

Umfangreiches Frühstück, ausreichende Zwischendurch-Verpflegung (Suppe, Kuchen - aber Getränke gegen Zahlung),
Abendessen mit Suppe, Vorspeise (durchweg gut), Salat vom Buffet, aber beim Hauptgang nur mit einem Fleischgericht, einem Fischgericht und einem vegetarischen Gericht - Kindergerichte separat. Man konnte zwar aus allem wählen, aber die Auswahl war natürlich gering. Dessert
Durchweg sehr gutes und freundliches Personal, in jeglicher Position. Persönliche Ansprache durch die Chefin.
TOP-Lage, direkt an der Skipiste.
DELUXE Zimmer mit prima Ausstattung.

Cons:

Zimmerservice sehr unterschiedlich, mal einwandfrei, mal weniger OK. Etwas mehr Auswahl beim Dinner wäre wünschenswert.

All in all ein tolles Hotel mit einem schönen Wellness-Bereich und einem mega Essen - definitiv Wiederholungstatverdächt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Essen ist sensationell!

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel mitten in einem Sportgebiet mit 8 eher spät, leider kommt man vorher auch nicht an einen Kaffee, es sei denn, man möchte sich für eine Leihgebühr von 5€ am Tag eine Nespresso leihen.

Ein rundum gelungener und für alle Beteiligten erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Das komplette Angebot bei der Verpflegung war sehr gut; für Kinder ( 6 Jahre) gab es ein Kinderangebot, aber auch die Möglichkeit, aus dem angebotenen Menue für die Erwachsenen auszuwählen. Das kam sehr gut an.
Bus und Bergbahnen waren im Angebot enthalten; damit entfielen beachtliche Zusatzkosten.

Die Herzlichkeit der Inhaber Familie sowie aller Angestellten war jederzeit spürbar.

Das Essen ist hervorragend. Wir wurden kulinarisch verwöhnt.

Cake, Landscape, and Wellness - perfect.
Pros:

We booked the hotel because they had pictures of cake and what a great decision it was. Completely enjoyed ourselves. The check-in was uncomplicated. The parking garage for the Auto was conveniently located. The staff were extremely friendly. The facilities were excellent and the food was terrific. I would recommend it and will return.

Cons:

The Internet was a little shaky at times. This was not a problem, as it was up and working again within a few minutes.

Pros:

One of the best hotels—friendly staff, nicely located over the hill with easy access even for senior citizens, vintage style home decor and large windows bringing in cool fresh breeze, restaurant area with numerous food/beverage options! Parking underground and on the hill.
