Uns hat die Lage gut gefallen, die Straßenbahn, ein Hofer und ein Bäcker waren direkt vor der Tür.

Bellissimo soggiorno in famiglia con bambini piccoli
Pros:

Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro, fermata del tram a pochi metri dalla struttura. In 10 minuti di tram si raggiunge il centro. Di fronte supermercato grande (chiuso di domenica).
Appartamento molto pulito, addirittura profumato.
Letti comodissimi e cucina attrezzata con l'essenziale.
Possibilità di deposito bagagli gratuita.
Ci hanno fornito lettino da campeggio in perfette condizioni.

Cons:

I stayed at this property during my recent trip and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

Although the check-in time was scheduled for 3:00 PM, the apartment was still being cleaned until around 3:30–3:45 PM, which caused some inconvenience.

More importantly, the cleanliness of the kitchen was not acceptable. I found a significant number of cockroaches under and around the cabinets. I tried multiple times to contact the responsible staff by phone and message, but received no response. Eventually, someone came with insect spray and mentioned he was not responsible. As I am traveling with two young children, I did not feel comfortable allowing chemical spray inside the apartment. This kind of issue should have been properly handled before guests arrive. Overall, the apartment appeared clean only on the surface.

After that, I tried again to contact the building manager, but there was no response to calls or messages. The only staff member available was a cleaning lady who did not speak English, making communication very difficult.

Additionally, on the day of check-out, the elevator was not working. We waited for assistance, but no one came, and we had to carry all our luggage down from the fourth floor ourselves.

During my 20-day trip across Europe, I stayed in 15 different accommodations. Despite being the most expensive, this was by far the worst experience.
