Te veel om op te noemen, maar lang verhaal kort,
Oud, slecht onderhouden, plafond viel bij ons letterlijk naar beneden , open stopcontacten, gevaarlijke situaties , zeker bij toegang tot laaggelegen strandje door losse traptreden op de rots , verder geen enkele luxe, niet heel schoon, en je moet bij het inchecken meteen alles al betalen. Wij begrijpen nu waarom want achteraf reageert niemand meer vanuit deze locatie als je een klacht hebt.
prijs- kwaliteit totaal uit verhouding , want het is zeker niet gratis. Op loopafstand liggen prachtige accomodaties van de Senda -keten. Hier absoluut niet naar toe gaan. Vreselijk. Het enige lichtpuntje was de vriendelijke medewerker die werkelijk waar alles alleen moest doen. Maar die kon dat natuurlijk helemaal niet bijhouden waardoor de service ook nog eens beneden peil was voor dit soort accomodaties. Belachelijk . Als ik een nul kon geven had ik dat gedaan. Ik heb echt lang gewacht metsers review te schrijven want ik vind dat iemand een kans moet krijgen om een klacht normaal op te lossen. Maar er is gewoon NUL reactie. Jammer Casa Barlovento. Het wordt tijd dat jullie even dicht gaan en de boel eens grondig gaan aanpakken en renoveren . De locatie is mooi, maak er iets van. Hoop dat dit een wake up call voor jullie is .
La estancia fue muy buena, las vistas desde los espacios comunes y la habitación son geniales. La atención fue muy buena, nos dejaron guardar nuestro equipaje antes del checkin para aprovechar el día y visitar el Parque Tayrona cerca. Las opciones de comida son variadas y los platos que pedimos estuvieron muy bien.
Las vistas y la piscina, la comida es deliciosa, el personal es súper amable, las camas muy, muy, muy cómodas.
El lavamos de la habitación se tapa.

The service was really bad. The pool and other social areas are in bad shape for the value. The food was terrible.

This place is special! Quiet and chill, beautifully peaceful, exceptionally situated among beaches and majestic views of jungle and mountains, an easy walk along the beach to where the river meets the sea. The staff were amazingly attentive and caring. Kindness through and through. Healthy and delicious food, pools are lovely, ... I felt like I was staying on a grounded gorgeous ship with, the ocean up close and intimate. My room was lovely! The bathroom clean and a nice blend of eco modern. I absolutely loved my stay and will be back!

Personnel who could not care less about customer service. Poor selection of food.. You have to repeat 3 times the same thing. No one bothers to improve the service despite repeated comments. Service spoils the stay.
