Loved the location and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The spa could never really get hot as there was limited hot water. Also took over an hour to fill the tub. It made it even longer due to shortage of hot water having to stop filling it for periods of time.

Pros:

Wonderful helpful staff. We were stuck in a remote location so I messaged the front desk and they arranged for a private water taxi to collect us.

Room was fabulous and had a lovely view over the water. They also had the outdoor bath filled for our arrival :) Would highly recommend. This was a very last minute booking but was one of our highlights of the trip.

Hotel qui se degrade, plomberie qui reste ds les mains , deco passee, salle de bain bof, le jaccuzi vieux et une heure et demie pour le remplir...
Meriterait une rennov ...
Acceuil limite sympa... pas de cordialite ni echange , pas colombien quoi ...
Bref je deconseille...
Et pas sur mais piqures d insectes ( puces ?) Sur abdomen le lendemain tous les deux.....

Die Lage vom Hotel war nicht schlecht.
Aufgrunde der kälte brachten sie schnellst möglich noch Decken.

Cons:

Leider war es sehr kalt und nass als wir da waren. Die Türe konnte man nicht richtig schliessen und sie ging die ganze Nacht auf so das es im Zimmer gleich kalt war wie draussen. Die Bettdecken waren zum Teil noch Nass von der Feuchtigkeit so das wir immer kalt hatten.
Da es sehr ungemütlich war und auch keine Hacken um die Jacken und Tücher aufzuhängen, entschieden wir um früher abzureisen.
Leider gab es kein Geld merh retour wie in der Buchung beschrieben.

Jolie chambre avec jacuzzi privé à 10min à pieds du centre de Guatape.
Le jacuzzi est sur une grande terrasse sans aucun vis à vis. L’impression d’immersion en pleine nature est totale

Cons:

Il manque cruellement de rangement/cintre/banc pour poser ses affaires
