Zimmer spartanisch, Badezimmer sehr klein, Poolbereich ist ok, Essenszeiten recht kurz, insbesondere Frühstückszeiten früh und kurz, Personal zum Teil echt freundlich

Ne tournons pas autour du pot, le Chrissy's est tout sauf un "paradis". Je pense même qu'il doit être parmi le top 10 des hôtels les plus basiques du secteur, et je pèse mes mots. Les avis sur l'hôtel nous font croire que c'est un endroit exceptionnel, mais la réalité nous montre malheureusement l'envers du décor, entre les coupures d'électricité, les coupures d'eau chaude et le fait d'être limité sur le papier toilette à balancer dans les WC pour ne pas que ce soit bouché (manger pas épicé). Les chambres sont propres, les lits sont spacieux, le côté sanitaire avec la douche extrêmement petite et le rideau qui se colle constamment à vous telle une sangsue est désagréable. C'est tout bonnement ridicule, sans parler de l'insonorisation qui est d'une autre époque (on entend tout !). On se croirait limite dans une caravane. Les employés sont sympas, restent légèrement attentionnés, mais ils ont un côté évasif et mettent le client de côté sans s'en rendre réellement compte ,dommage !

Got there quite early,so just expected to sit around with luggage.
No the wonderful Stella on reception checked me in,looked after my luggage and allowed me to take full advantage of the All Inclusive facilities. Even though my room wouldn't be ready foe afew hours.
Everything was wonderful the view, the food, the drinks, the service. Cant rate this little hidden gem of a hotel.
Miss it at your peril.

The room facilities were just ok, the light of the bathroom was not working and we needed to ask fixing it right after our check in at 9pm. Air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work properly. The 3rd bed had springs making you very uncomfortable and we asked to change in a better one. The staff was kind and resolved our issues without problems. The hotel offered a all inclusive formula that attracted us, but in reality was like an office canteen just enoug to fill your stomach. Nothing really special, more or less same food everyday. The swimming pool was nice even if we didnt use much as we preferred going to the beach. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the nearest beach in Agia Pelagia. Overall I was not satisfied.

The staff were kind and welcoming. The place is extremely tidy, and quiet. It’s definitely value for money.

Hôtel agréable, accueil et personnel très sympa, all inclusive basique mais des efforts sont faits, un peu loin de la plage (navette de l'hôtel ou voiture). Nous avons regretté que la piscine ferme à 18h. C'est tôt ! Et que le rideau de douche soit court : salle de bain inondée après la douche.

La gentilezza del personale, il cibo sempre abbondante e consono al costo ed alla categoria dell' hotel.

Hotel comodo e tranquillo, facilmente raggiungibile dall aeroporto con la macchina. Le camere sono basic, il bagno un po' scomodo per doccia con la tenda ma ci si adegua facilmemte. Piscina bellissima con open bar dalle 10 del mattino alle 22:45. Sempre in piscina è possibile avere degli snack a metà mattina e a metà pomeriggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tranquillo per una vacabza in famiglia. Personale molto cordiale. Pasti a buffet. Prefebile affittare la macchina per raggiungere le spiagge limitrose e per girare l isola. Molto soddisfatti.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale cordiale, cibo buono e servizi ottimi (bevande incluse ad ogni ora, snack vari, teli in prestito, servizio navetta per il mare). L’unica pecca è stata la doccia, un po’ piccola e poco comoda.

Bella struttura con personale gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio e la vista del mare che si poteva ammirare anche dalla nostra stanza. La stanza era pulita e con un bel balconcino. Per quel che concerne il servizio ristorazione, a dispetto di alcune recensioni che ho letto, ho trovato dalla colazione al pranzo alla cena sempre tutto vario e cucinato bene. Le bevande sono incluse e c'è un piccolo bar a bordo piscina dove poter trascorrere le serate. Le piscine sono molto pulite. Poi la posizione ottima non lontana da Candia e permette anche di raggiungere Retimo e altre località. Sicuramente lo consiglio!

We stayed for a week and found it great value for money. Helpful receptionists & bartenders. Variety of buffet food with drinks. They offer shuttle to nearby beach and also good recommendations on places to visit :)

Malheureusement le bruit entre 22h45 -00h avec des jets de petards mais sinon dans l’ensemble s’est correct et raisonnable pour le prix. La vue sur la mer est incroyable et aussi l’hôtel est immense
