Horrible, pagamos por aplicación n y segun ellos NO trabajan con aplicaciones, no nos querian hacer valido la reserva aun pagada, la de recepción despota, nos cerraron la puerta en la noche y no nos dejaban entrar... SEÑORES NO CAIGAN EN LA ESTAFA, NO PAGUEN POR APLICACIÓN PORQUE ELLOS NO LO RESPETAN, DICEN QUE NO HAY NINGUNA RESERVA, además no nos dieron jabones, y nos abrieron una maleta cuando estabamos fuera del hotel..

Pros:

Pésimo servicio, segun la recepcionista no existia mi reservacion, y aunque tenia el numero de reservacion y confirmacion me dijo que no, que habian llegado un par de camiones con gente y se les lleno, cuando días antes yo habia hecho mi reservación. Me cancelaron y todavia con el descaro de decirme que no estan publicados en ninguna aplicacion tipo Hoteles.com

Terrible service
Pros:

The service at front desk was very unfriendly at the moment of check in, the hotel has not parking, I requested to the reception lady an option to parking and she said it wasn’t options, there was a parking in 500 m!

The second night, the reception allowed drunk people stayed outside of their rooms at 3am, they were singing and drinking all night, nobody at the hotel couldn’t sleep
