Vệ sinh tệ, check in gặp 2 thùng rác còn nguyên trong phòng, nhà vệ sinh hôi, khu vực ăn sáng cũng bẩn do đông người, bàn ghế, tấm lót đĩa không được lao sạch

Pros:

Infinity-Pool, Balkon mit Meerblick. Asiatisches Frühstück. Personal beim Frühstück SEHR aufmerksam.

Cons:

Während meines Aufenthalts gab es eine Veranstaltung. Die Teilnehmer haben sich niveaulos verhalten, mich belästigt und das Frühstück quasi unmöglich gemacht. Ein separieren der Gruppe wäre schön gewesen. Insgesamt nur oberflächlich geputzt, viel Staub.
Lage zum Strand super - zur Stadt eher ungünstig gelegen.
Poolbar nur sporadisch besetzt. Handtücher am Pool fehlten oft.

Pros:

We really enjoyed Quy Nhon, it was quieter than other beach areas. The hotel was well located with many choices around for eating.

Fantastic hotel - however the whole area is way too quiet for us.
Pros:

The beachfront location is amazing - the pool is just spectacular and that place is very quiet apart from the locals very early in the morning playing music whilst working out!

Cons:

The area is not really that set up for westerners so
If you’re not comfortable with this and very limited English language anywhere this is not the area for you - nothing to do with the hotel though! The hotel is amazing!!

Pros:

A great place to stay in Quy Nhon. Perfect location near the beach, restaurants, and a local motorcycle rental shop. The room was excellent and looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com.
This is a high-standard hotel with a rooftop swimming pool and a dedicated spa level. I really enjoyed the option to have a massage or a session in the steam/dry sauna, especially with the 30% discount for hotel guests.

The entire hotel staff deserves a huge thank you for their professionalism. The reception was 10/10; since we had an early flight, they prepared breakfast boxes for us to take to the airport.
Also, the security team was incredibly kind and helpful, allowing us to park our rented scooter in the underground garage.

I personally used the spa services and the therapist was very professional and polite.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

The gym is functional but very basic. To improve it, I would suggest adding a bench press station, a cable crossover machine (with attachments for triceps), and a leg curl machine. Investing in more gym equipment would definitely add value for fitness-conscious guests.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.
Pros:

Lage ist gut, die Zimmer sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Rooftop Bar war leider nicht durchgängig besetzt. Wir warteten nach 20:00 länger als 15 Minuten und es kam niemand, weshalb wir dann wieder gingen.
Das Frühstück ist gerade mal mittelmäßig.
