Es war ganz Okay aber es ist viel Luft nach oben

Die Unterkunft ist recht Zentral gelegen und bestens Erreibar.
Der CheckIn war problemlos, das Personal an der Rezeption sehr Freundlich.

Cons:

Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dies sieht man an allen Ecken und Kanten.
Die Betten bedürfen dringend einer Erneuerung.
Die ganze Einrichtung ist schon etwas Älter und bedarf ebenfalls eine Erneuerung.
Die Farben und die Art der Ausbesserungen bedürfen einen Frischen Schliff.
Das Frühstück ist leider sehr Dürftig und viel zu lieblos, es wurde nur auf Anfrage aufgefüllt.
4 Brötchen etwas Toast und ein paar scheiben Schwarzbrot geht so garnicht.
Die Wurst sowie das Frische angebot war viel zu klein.
Hier hatten wir uns einfach mehr erhofft.
Für eine nacht oder Maximal zwei ist es Okay aber mehr auch nicht.
Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück sollte sehr viel aufmerksamer sein und sich ums auffüllen kümmern.

Pros:

Výborná snídaně a především velmi milý personál. Pan recepční Vilém a slečna Maruška u snídaně o nás nadstandardně pečovali a velmi tím zvedli náš dojem z hotelu. Žádný požadavek pro ně nebyl problém a tímto jim chceme moc poděkovat, díky nim má hotel vyšší úroveň.

Cons:

Lůžkoviny by zasloužily obměnu.

Приятный персонал

Cons:

Холодно,нам дали самый маленький номер,в котором поместилось только кровать.Я ранее уже останавливалась в этом отеле,но в прошлый раз все было гораздо лучше.Завтраки каждый день одно и то же ,а еще все вчерашнее и не свежее.В номере не было питьевой воды и мыла.

Das Personal gibt sich große Mühe, ist höflich und macht das Beste aus der Situation.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, wenn auch eintönig. Jeden Tag das gleiche.

Cons:

Das Hotel macht den Eindruck, dass es seit Jahren nicht mehr technisch gewartet wurde und keinerlei Renovierung erfolgte. Auf der Treppe lösen sich die Kantenschutzteppiche - Sturzgefahr. Die Zimmer sind soweit in Ordnung. Der Nachteingang ist schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
