Saubere Zimmer, tolle Aussicht, leckeres Frühstück, freundliches Personal und top Lage.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im MONDI Hotel Axams

Die Zimmer waren super sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und die Aussicht einfach atemberaubend. Auch die Lage ist ideal, Innsbruck ist schnell erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Das Personal war zudem sehr nett und herzlich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Auch der Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Sauna hat uns sehr gefallen. Insgesamt hat für uns alles gepasst, vor allem auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

La colazione è buona e abbondante.
Ottima in generale la cucina.

Cons:

Pulizia praticamente inesistente, appena siamo entrati in camera abbiamo notato ragnatele e muffa all'interno della doccia e sulle finestre.
Inoltre abbiamo prenotato una stanza con divano letto, ce ne hanno assegnato una senza e più piccola.
Quando la mattina abbiamo chiesto informazioni alla receptionist, ci ha detto che doveva informarsi.
Quando siamo rientrati dal nostro giro il pomeriggio, la stessa receptionist con cui avevamo parlato sembrava non avere idea di chi fossimo e ovviamente non aveva chiesto informazioni.
Inoltre, da un hotel definito 4 stelle, mi aspetto, visto il grande turismo italiano, che qualche parola la si sappia dire e non "only english" come ci è stato detto, ma fortunatamente l'inglese lo conosciamo.
Noi abitiamo sul lago di Garda, e nel settore, è veramente difficile trovare qualcuno che non sappia sia inglese che tedesco.
Probabilmente avevo aspettative troppo alte.

Vi blev opgraderet til familieværelse uden merpris og det var virkelig et skønt rum.
Flot udsigt og tæt på mulighed for at vandre. Og skilift i den sæson.
Pool og sauna var en dejlig tilføjelse :-)

Cons:

Wespennest im Dachfenster, Wespen im inneren des Zimmers. Dachfenster verrottet und undicht, Zimmertemperatur unterirdisch durch fehlende Isolierung, kalte Wände der Dachschrägen.
Duschkopf gebrochen und an der Basis Wasser herausspritzend.
