Sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Boden und Vorhänge teilweise dreckig. Dusche sehr klein und eng. Sehr kleine Bad. Die komplette Struktur des Hotels lässt es aber anders nicht.

Wer Entspannung und Ruhe sucht, sollte woanders buchen 😊

Cons:

Wenn Sie glauben, ein Hotel sei der richtige Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung, dann liegen Sie hier falsch: Schon beim Check-in wurde ich freundlich informiert, dass während einer meiner drei Nächte eine große Party stattfinden würde – „bis 5 Uhr morgens könnte es draußen laut werden, weil die Leute rauchen“. Als Ausgleich gab es ein Upgrade und ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite. Klingt fair? Leider nicht.

Die Realität: Die Musik begann um 18 Uhr und dröhnte mit DJ bis 1 Uhr nachts durchs gesamte Hotel. Schlaf? Unmöglich. Nicht die Gäste machten Lärm, sondern die Party selbst – mitten im Haus. Probieren Sie selbst, an einem Donnerstag während des Faschings hier zu übernachten. Auf der Straße wäre es ruhiger.

Positiv: Das Frühstücksbuffet und die Freundlichkeit der Dame am Buffet.
Negativ: Wellness ohne Entspannung. Die Poolanlage liegt direkt gegenüber den Toiletten für Restaurant- und Partygäste. Ein „entspannendes“ Bad mit betrunkenen Personen, die gegen die Scheiben klopfen – genau das Gegenteil von „Relax-Atmosphäre“.

Was mir gefehlt hat: Ehrlichkeit und Ruhe. Da Sie schon vor der Anreise Informationen zum Hotel verschicken, schicken Sie gleich Ihr neues Motto mit: „Ankommen. Tanzen. Party genießen.“
