Pros:

O café da manhã estava ótimo. O quarto, achei mal iluminado, o colchão e o banho são bons. A roupa de cama e as toalhas estavam em boas condições. Mas o que se percebe é que falta uma atualização do mobiliário e dos revestimentos.

Es war ok!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in den Bergen .
Kleine küchenzeile im DZ

Cons:

Es war alles etwas lieblos .
Das Restaurant war und das Essen waren in, aber es hat die typische österreichische Liebe gefehlt .
Auch im Pool und Sauna Bereich war es zwar ok, aber sehr lieblos .

Die Zimmer wurden Katastrophal Sauber gemacht. Nur kurz Bettwäsche zusammen legen das war’s, kein saugen oder leer Gläser mitnehmen .
Bett wurde nicht ausgeschüttelt .
Das war wirklich nicht schön .

Pros:

Locația în mijlocul naturii superba.Mic dejun bun.

Cons:

Camera este foarte ,foarte mica,cu miros neplăcut în dulapuri,care nu se pot folosi.Au fost alți turiști
care gateau în camera,deci un miros persistent de cârnați sau mâncare peste tot.Am evitat sa stam la locație,venind doar seara ca să dormim.

Optisch ansprechend, jedoch enttäuschender Aufenthalt
Pros:

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel, schönes Ambiente und eine richtig idyllische Lage. Denn Wellness Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber sehr gemütlich und gepflegt aus.

Cons:

Dennoch war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel leider eher enttäuschend. Das Housekeeping erfolgte nicht gründlich – das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht.

Auch das Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen. Die Auswahl war eher durchschnittlich, der Saft wirkte alt und schmeckte bereits vergoren. Besonders kritisch: Müsli, Früchte und Joghurt waren offenbar verdorben, was bei uns zu einer Lebensmittelvergiftung geführt hat.

In diesem Kontext entspricht es aus unserer Sicht leider keinem 4-Sterne-Standard – insbesondere nicht für längere Aufenthalte.

Es gibt eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos.

Es gibt leider ein paar Punkte, die handlungsbedürftig sind:
-Ausstattung soll verbessert werden. Es fehlen viele Sachen sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Wellnessbereich.
-Sauerberkeit ist unter dem Mittelniveau.
-Das Frühstück ist begrenz.
