Pros:

Wurde neu renoviert. Bekamen ein Upgrade in eine größeres Zimmer. Betten sind super. Habe sehr gut geschlafen. Frühstück okay.

Cons:

Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Vorhang hing zum Teil aus der Schiene. Gläser waren sehr schmutzig im Schrank. Kühlschrank und Küche wurde nicht ordentlich geputzt überall ältere Flecken. Am Boden waren auch Krümel und klebte. Schade eigentlich da es scheinbar neu renoviert wurde. Wellnessbereich eigentlich ganz okay bis auf die Sauberkeit. Fitnessraum extrem heiß und keine richtige Belüftung dort auch nicht wirklich sauber.

Luogo di pace, relax e gioia!
Pros:

La struttura è fantastica: mini playground, camera famigliare confortevole e ben arredata, piscina carina e zona spa. Colazione ampia e abbondante.

Cons:

Nel letto a castello, uno dei due era impraticabile perché il materasso era sporco, pieno di moscerini.

Für die Durchreise 1 Nacht ok, würde nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Super Lage, schöne Aussicht, für die Durchreise ok. Die Eierspeisen zum Frühstück waren lecker.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war nur Stundenweise besetzt. Die Begrüßung als wir 15 Uhr ankamen erfolgte durch einen nicht besonders freundlichen Mitarbeiter des Restaurants. Immerhin war dann die junge Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer hatten keine Klimaanlage, was bei 27 Grad sehr unangenehm war, da die Luft stand. Es gab keine Lüftung im innenliegenden Bad (Feuchtigkeit und Geruch blieben, wenn man nicht die Badtür offen ließ).

Nettes Personal, das bei (später) Ankunft problemlos Zimmertausch ermöglicht hat und die Sauna noch länger angelassen hat

Die Zimmerbeschreibung bei Booking.com war nicht eindeutig - aufgrund der Bilder sind wir von Doppelbett plus Beistellbett ausgegangen, erst bei Ankunft sah man auf den 2. Blick, dass es sich eigentl nur um ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett handelte. War wohl nicht das 1. mal, dass es dieses Missverständnis gab, das Zimmer wurde dann getauscht.

Beautiful location, cozy rooms, wonderful staff.
Pros:

The location is beautiful. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were done but not clean. There was dust under the sofas and beds. Wardrobes were damp and there were cigarette butts in the balcony not the best, when one is traveling with kids. There’s no air conditioning so that was a big problem as we were hit with extreme warm temperatures.
