Pros:

When I arrived at the hotel the staff suddenly informed me that my room was not available due to plumbing issues. I wasn't given any advance notice or warning. The staff walked me blocks away from the beach to a hostel that was of lesser quality. I was put in a hostel room that had 4 beds inside. There was no one else in the room but it was poor quality. The wifi was terrible. I was very disappointed with this outcome and was not a good way to start a vacation.
