Upgraded room
Speed of elevator
I was in a real bad place going through a separation and needed a place to stay . The first time I stayed here the room was decent . I guess it was an upgraded room . I had to come stay for another week and the next room I stayed it was terrible . Paint chipping from water damage , the faucet in the shower had so much corrosion around it I couldn’t even adjust my water temperature. Someone was over dosing in the grass at the nearby gas station . The lady at the front desk is an angel but this place could definitely use some help .
Extra charge and no manners how to talk with customers
I have stayed at this hotel in the past. The upgrades they are making to the property are great. The staff of this location were very professional and attentive. Will stay at this location again.
Clean rooms
The office staff. Charged me a late fee when I did everything I could to pay on time including contacting them to pay over the phone before I was even late. My online payment method never worked and they even tried each time. But with the hour window from when they are there and when it was due was during my work hours. When talking on the the they said I couldn’t pay by phone and that I’d have a late fee. Even though while I was in the office paying the week before, witnessed someone paying by phone. Then was told she was allowed cause she knows her?!!!! But I was told to work it out with Michelle when I got off work, which was only2 hours after due time. Being told they could have maybe an hour late but not two. I called and told them my situation and they just charged me the late fee and wouldn’t listen. So upsetting and anxiety bringing. Also they would knock and come right in my room. I work nights and waking up to someone in my room was not ok. They knew I slept during the day. And that was just to give me a package. If I don’t answer. Go away. It is not an invite to come in. I have written customer service and I’ve heard nothing back. I left the property and will not be back. I will not be treated like I’m not a respected guest. I left the room in beautiful condition.
The kitchenette style room as well as the staff's exceptional service.
N/A
Nothing
Being denied the ability to actually use my reservation then you charging me for it anyways
Nice
The manager was very very ignorant and very inconsiderate
Just a word to the wise, read their page THOROUGHLY…you need to look for the area where it says u have to be checked in by 7:00 PM or they refuse your service as you stand in their lobby and then they cancel ur booking!!! Office Manager says its on the website but u need to read EVERY word and scroll to find it!!!
I run cranes. I make my money on the road. When I settle in for a gig, my room has basically gotta be my de facto HOME for a month to a YEAR or more. And it's GOTTA have a kitchenette so I dont have to live on "road food". This place covered all the basics. And was six minutes from the jobsite. NO complaints.
What part of "no complaints" did you miss?
I will attach photos of what they show their property to look like versus what it looks like. I get that hotels age and don’t look like the perfect advertised photos but this was insanely different. I checked in for a week on a Tuesday and was told my assigned housekeeping day was Wednesday but since that was the next day I wouldn’t get service until the following week even though by then I would have checked back out on the Tuesday. They give you zero items in an extended stay place to cook or eat with, I don’t travel with pots, pans and utensils. There is no place to sit because whatever may have been in the room originally to sit on was gone and just a big empty space remained so I could sit on the bed or two 25 year old kitchen chairs. The place said no smoking everywhere but the hallways reeked of cigarette smell from the moment you walked in the building. They give you one roll of toilet paper, two disposable plastic cups, two cheap bath towels and two little wash towels (no hand towels). If you need more you have to go and buy them. The only room that looks like the website is the laundry room. The place serves a purpose but doesn’t seem to care about the comfort of their guests.
Room smelled like burned food
Morning after checking a man tried to force the window open while the curtains where open and we were sitting in the room with the lights on we checked out immediately
Nice place!!👌
I have no positive reviews for this specific hotel.
Probably one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. One, when you book online you’re shown the premium renovated suites so that’s the room you’d expect to be getting right? Wrong. We were assigned our room that we booked for 1 week, the second we walked into the room our jaws dropped. It looked like a completely different place, NOTHING like the pictures on their website, literally nothing. We had went down to address this with the front desk staff and were told “oh those suites on the website are our premium suites, the room you got we don’t have displayed on our website.” Total scam, however we had no other option but to stay. We upgraded to the premium suite for $80 more a night because we we’re absolutely not going to stay in the original room given to us. Thinking it would be better, we walked in and our room and we were immediately hit with a strong smell of armpits and mildew. The bathroom floor boards are lifting and have water damage causing the horrible smell in the bathroom. We had to keep the light on with the fan the whole time just to keep airflow in there. We bought multiple air fresheners and nothing worked. On top of that we had no window screen only a stick to keep anyone coming in from outside which let mosquitoes in our room at night. It was disgusting and such a horrible stay. We couldn’t bare to stay there the whole week we left 2 days earlier without saying a thing. I would NEVER recommend this hotel, not even to my worst enemy. Save your money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Pictures show the website photos compared to the first room we were given.
