מלון מומלץ ביותר!!!
Pros:

החדר היה מרווח ונקי. החדר כלל מטבח מאובזר עם מקרר, טוסטר, מיקרוגל ומדיח.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה - קונטיננטאלית בתוספת שתי מנות חמות ( ביצים ובייקון).
הצוות היה אדיב ביותר.

Perfect for a first ski trip to Steamboat.
Pros:

Freshly prepared hot breakfast buffet, as well as other well stocked choices. The room, kitchenette, and bathroom were all clean and modern. The ski room was easily accessible on the ground floor and the free bus to the ski areas and Downtown was almost directly in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and parking was plentiful.

Great location and very comfortable. Front desk staff members were great.
Pros:

Our room was roomy and very comfortable.

Cons:

Paying to park. I find this almost offensive. I can see it in a large city where parking garages are prime real estate, but this was not the case. It felt like we were being taken advantage of, and that’s not a good feeling.

Right next to a creek that provided great noise for sleeping.

Cons:

A/C vent was right above the return air vent. Ended up keeping the windows open all the time to keep the room cool.

Beware of hidden fees.
Pros:

Very clean, close to everything, pleasant staff

Cons:

The bed was not made when the cleaning staff came. I was surprised that we were charged $10 per night for parking. I think the parking should have been free considering that we were paying enough for the room and fees and taxes. I think that we should have been informed ahead of time that there would be a charge and not just spring it on us at check in.

Noisy Hotel in Steamboat
Pros:

On our fourth trip to Steamboat and were checking out this hotel for upcoming winter trip , At checkin another guest before was told hotel overbooked and they had received a bad room . Our room was partially made up with cushions piled up and all drawers pulled fully open We were also given a room overlooking the airconditioners and then when we spoke with the manger given another room overlooking an industrial vent fan, we were told fan would stop at 10 pm but it ran 24/7
Did not sleep and when we got supervisor in morning they wernt interested , and hotel manager was away .There were multiple phone calls and emails , however the would not reduce the bill .
We reported this to Marriott , as we are Marriott Gold , however this hotel is not owned by Marriott, but a separate company Crestwood hotels
Even though an expensive and poor stay , we considered ourselves lucky as we avoided booking this for our February ski week
