Good but too far from everything

Location was good. A short 10 minute walk from Disneyland parks. Plenty of food and shops a short drive from the hotel.

Nice and clean

We recently stayed at the Element Hotel in Anaheim near Disney with our family, and this was actually our second time staying here. Overall, it was another great experience.

The room was very clean, and housekeeping really stood out—they were always on top of everything and kept the room in excellent condition throughout our stay. The runners were also quick and efficient whenever we needed something, which made things super convenient.

The front desk experience was just okay overall, but I have to give a special shoutout to Mel and Dahra—they are AMAZING. I remembered them from our last stay and made sure to leave another comment for them because they truly stand out. Mel checked us out and was so friendly and genuinely helpful, and both of them made a lasting impression on our visit.

My only suggestion would be to start breakfast a bit earlier. It would make it much easier for guests trying to get to the parks early for rope drop.

We’d definitely consider staying here again!

This is our fourth trip using element hotel, and we have had the pleasure of working with Darah almost each, and every time . She has been wonderful to work with, my family and I truly enjoy our stay there . He have 4 children and book the room with bunk beds . Can’t find a better hotel in town that can accommodate and so close to Disneyland. Darah thank you for all your help always.

I like how clean and friendly staff was

I recently stayed at the Element Anaheim for 6 nights (5 nights originally booked, plus one extension). The hotel was nearly at capacity, so the same room type wasn’t available for the extra night, but the amazing front desk attendant Darah proactively adjusted my room type to make it work before I even had a chance to ask.
I’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back for the spotless cleanliness, solid breakfast, unbeatable proximity to Disneyland, and consistently excellent staff. Highly recommend!

I liked its proximity to the theme parks. Laundry services easy to use.

Easy last minute booking after Disneyland: the staff gave above excellent service, the corner room was immaculate, the free breakfast was perfect for our family.

夜中12時過ぎにパークから帰って来ても飲み物があるのはありがたかった。
朝食も野菜もあります。野菜は炒めたパプリカ🫑とほうれん草とマッシュルーム。
フレッシュフルーツも毎日4種類ほどありました。
いちご　ブルーベリー　バナナ　オレンジ　スイカ　メロン　など。
朝食は日替わりで　タコス🌮　フレンチトースト　クレープ　など。
自分で焼くワッフルは毎日あります。
ヨーグルトもプレーンとバニラ味の2種類があってありがたかったです。
クッキー🍪シリアルも普通にあります。
大きい冷蔵庫もとっても便利でした。
冷凍庫もあるので　ペットボトルを凍らせて　パークへ持って行けます。

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Sarah, a hotel attendant at Element Anaheim Resort Convention Center. She was incredibly friendly, consistently helpful, and brought such a positive energy to every interaction.

What stood out most was how well she represented and promoted the property—you can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work and in making guests feel welcome. Her attitude truly enhanced our stay.
