The hotel was very good overall and is what we had had hoped. When a problem came up with our reservation before our arrival, Brady was great at sorting the issue out which was really appreciated. We chose the location for the hot breakfast and enjoyed both that and the pool when the temperature hit 32 F during our stay.
No suggestions here.

Our room was very noisy and rattling most of the night.
The best thing was the breakfast and breakfast staff. The room looked good from the pictures and was a good layout with enough space. There was a microwave and fridge.
No way to air out the rooms. Would have been nice to at least crack the window. There are many hotels that have that capability, this 5 story one does not. I asked a question to the clerk, said they didn't know and that was it, should have said they doesn't know but would find out. The room was dusty and dirty with hairs on the bunk beds bedding and stains on the sheets. We also saw behind the couch had something funky on the floor. The bathroom lock was loose. In that room it was hard to sleep not only with the crazy loud freeway noise, but there were loud sounds of someone running back and forth above us. Which lasted beyond midnight, surprisingly. The walls are thin, could hear some couple arguing. For the price we paid, I would expect better.
Great location, close to Disneyland walking distance, extremely clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Family suite was perfect for all 7nof us! Will be back again forsure:)
Nothing I didn't like.
Room was large, clean with great views. Reception was helpful with any questions including Disney. Breakfast was the best we had staying 5 weeks over the west coast of states…… breakfast selection was fantastic (couldn’t fault). Walk to Disney was about 15-20 mins flat easy walk. Lastly, close to the highway but noise was not an issue - couldn’t hear at all.
Parking was a little pricey addition with no other option

The rooms are simple and clean.
I didn’t like that I was charged a parking fee and had never been charged one on previous stays.
I didn’t like that I had to put a 200$ deposit down as well when getting there that I had no idea about and also didn’t have to do that the previous times I stayed there. Front desk was rude. Toddler peed my bed and no one came to change it even asking for fresh sheets. Never came. Left one day early, didn’t expect the refund so not the issue but could not stay one more day.
Breakfast was also lacking this time.
I’ve stayed 2x before this and it was great not sure what happened.
I loved the room, the staff, the breakfast options.
Every morning and night it sounded like a bowling ball was dropped and was rolling. IThe first night we got there the fire alarm started going off in our room for no reason. I Cc called and they turned it off almost right away then came to personally check on us.
