Detta är inte prisvärt eller i klass med 4stjärniga hotel. Riktigt besviken. Det enda som var ok var frukosten.

Cons:

Rummet var litet, ingen service alls. Poolen på taket var väldigt liten, då solstolar. Stökigt och smutsigt på taket. Ingen personal typ. Vi lämnade våra väskor i receptionen, vilken var konstigt nog placerad i en ingång till gården, altså ute. När vi kom tillbaka 3 timmar senare, var de fortfarande i korridorer där alla gick förbi. När jag frågade om de hade varit där hela tiden fick jag svaret att de inte har personal som hanterar bagage. Jag frågade varför hon inte informerade mig om det så ryckte hon på axlarna. Det verkade som ingen brydde sig om något på det hotellet.

Muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos del centro peatonal y con la ventaja de poder aparcar en la calle al lado del hotel. Desayuno muy bueno y habitación coqueta y cómoda. Muy tranquilo. Todo perfecto

Bellissima Trapani
Pros:

Hotel situato in un bellissimo palazzo in posizione ottima, ottima disponibilità del personale, colazione all'altezza delle aspettative

Cons:

unico piccolo disagio, essendo il venerdì santo, giornata in cui era stato chiuso il traffico al centro città, non si è pensato a garantire il posto auto per i clienti in arrivo quel giorno

Für Kurzurlaub ideal
Pros:

Schönes, stilvoll umgebautes Stadthaus, wir hatten Meerblick. Ideal ist der große öffentliche Parkplatz unmittelbar neben dem Hotel. Die Dachterrasse war aufgrund des Wetters nicht in Betrieb, es gibt dort einen kleinen Pool. Der Frühstücksraum ist in einem Wintergarten, das Frühstück ist einfach.

Cons:

Leider haben wir erst nach unserer Rückkehr um 23 Uhr vom Abendessen bemerkt, dass die Klimaanlage sehr laut war und wir sie nicht im Zimmer abstellen konnten. Insofern war die Nacht sehr schlecht.
