Pros:

Booked this accommodation for a stay on a 3 day weekend national holiday. Once I arrived I was told they did not receive the booking and hotel offered me their last available room (doubt that) but for an increased rate of about 50% over the original rate. I asked to see room and no one in their right mind would stay there. Room had 4 walls no windows and musty. This hotel should be rated as a 2 star if at best.

EL PEOR HOTEL EN EL OCCIDENTE.

Primero que todo, el hotel no los reconocen a uds como página para hacer sus reservas, la hice y no me la reconocieron, volví y reservé directamente con ellos, pero al llegar al hotel tampoco la reconocieron y me sacaron la plata y un recibo para que nos fuéramos del hotel, SON LO PEOR, EL PEOR SERVICIO QUE UN HOTEL, SI ASI SE LES PUEDE LLAMAR, PUEDE OFRECER, SON UNOS TIMADORES, OJO, NO SE DEJE ENGAÑAR.

Realizamos la reserva y fue confirmada, cuando llegamos al hotel el hotel estaba completamente cerrado y sin prestar servicio. La persona que había no míos quería dar un número donde comunicarnos para ver que estába pasando ya que el hotel aparecía disponible. Una falta de respeto para los viajeros
