Pros:

Location worked out great - near the airport and we were flying out on an early flight
The price was very good compared to other hotels in the area

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't really provided - a couple of croissants in wrappers
The parking wasn't very convenient - to load or unload luggage you had to move the car
Communication was through WhatsApp which I don't have/use

Perfekt läge vid stranden Fräsch dusch o toalett.Bra sängar lätt att få kontakt med hyresvärden.

Cons:

Lite enkelt kök saknade köksbord om man vill äta lagade middagar.Svårt att laga mat.Lite outsider promenad ca 30min till centrum och affärer.

Pros:

Dimitris 非常友善，房間該有的都有！

住宿地點很安靜，走幾分鐘就有公車站。但其實 Beach houses 自己就有很棒的海灘椅跟海灘，我們基本上只有第一天去伊亞和費拉，其他天都在海邊度過（可以走去Kamari，其實沒有很遠，三四十分鐘左右）

喔附近的餐廳都超棒，好懷念

Pros:

Das Beach House liegt direkt am Meer und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um das Wohl der Gäste. Vom Ort aus kann man alles Sehenswerte gut erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an herzlich willkommen.

Cons:

Wer es richtig ruhig haben möchte und tagsüber sich nahe der Unterkunft aufhalten mag, sollte sich dies überlegen, da sich genau nebenan der Flughafen befindet. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt allerdings nicht gestört. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt.

The room was large had three full sized beds, amazing bathroom and a small patio with drying rack.

Cons:

The beach really isn’t a beach as it’s very stony, but it is exceedingly quiet, has a beautiful sunrise view and is a nice place for a swim.

Je n'aurais pas pu espérer mieux !
Pros:

Emplacement parfait à quelques pas d'une plage quasiment privée avec une vue sublime sur le lever de soleil...
Magnifique plage de sable noir et de galets, ce qui peut être inconfortable à la marche (pensez à prévoir des chaussures de plage !) mais ce qui fait aussi que l'eau reste transparente et permet d'observer la faune maritime (pensez également à prendre des lunettes de nage voire même encore mieux un masque de snorkeling !)
Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique. Nous l'avons croisé presque tous les jours avec légèreté, toujours un mot gentil et s'inquiétant de notre confort. Nous avons pu profiter encore de la plage et des transats jusqu'au moment de partir vers l'aéroport même bien après l'heure du check-out.
Le logement est très propre et le ménage est fait tous les matins. Les lits sont très confortables. Des mignonettes de produit douche et shampoing sont fournies ainsi que des serviettes de douche et des serviettes de plage.

Cons:

Si je dois mettre un bémol c'est peut être que la cuisine est extrêmement petite et peu pratique (une seule plaque de cuisson, bouilloire mais pas de cafetière...). La kitchenette est conçue pour petit-déjeuner et grignoter des salades ou un en-cas froid mais pas pour y prendre tous ses repas. Mais vous pouvez vous faire livrer facilement et il y a un restaurant accessible à pied (5mn) depuis le logement et dans plein d'autres à quelques minutes en voiture.
Le logement est très près de l'aéroport donc il y a quelques très légères et rares nuisances sonores mais cela reste anecdotique et finalement, un bruit d'avion, c'est aussi un bruit de vacances et cela permet de partir au dernier moment avant l'avion !

Indimenticabile
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni di assoluto relax presso uno di questi appartamenti. Spazi molto ampi, funzionali e puliti, posizione lontana dal caos ma che permette di raggiungere i punti di maggior interesse senza problemi. Spiaggia privata di fronte agli appartamenti e parcheggio disponibile a pochi metri dalla struttura. Per la colazione lasciano in camera delle brioches confezionate, fette biscottate, marmellate e burro; a disposizione anche un bollitore e utensili da cucina. Staff molto gentile, Dimitris il titolare, una persona super accogliente e gentile.

Pros:

La spiaggia privata è un piacere difficile spiegare a parole. Già solo rimanere lì tutto il giorno varrebbe il prezzo.
Ad ogni modo, le camere sono moderne e pulite.
La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere in macchina le varie località di Santorini ed in particolare Kamari, il litorale, che dista pochissimo.
Super consigliato!

Pros:

Egyszerűen kívánni sem lehetne jobb helyet!
A szállásadó mindenben segítségünkre volt, nagyon kedves és mindenben segít. A szállás nagyon tiszta és mindennel felszerelt. Minden nap cserélték a törölközőnket, mindenki nagyon kedves volt.
Nagyon jó helyen van.

Mar, relax i tranquil·litat
Pros:

Des de l'arribada tot va ser genial, apartament net amb tot el necessari, davant del mar, amb wifi, aparcament i gandules gratis. Canvi de tovalloles i de llençols pràcticament tots els dies. La platja és de pedres però l'aigua és cristal·lina i sembla la teva platja privada per la poca gent que hi ha. Per mi tot perfecte !!

Very relaxing
Pros:

Location is good for the whole island. Dimitrios is an excellent and friendly host. Beech is in front of the property and as you are removed from the main beeches you have good privacy with little amount disturbances.

Cons:

Nothing at all.
