Habitación en mal estado,el baño muy deteriorado,
El aire acondicionado tenía fugas y el agua caía en el piso y era un peligro, el microondas no funcionaba. Encendía pero no calentaba, el coffemaker tampoco funcionaba, la tetera .
Se reportó el primer día y nos dijeron que iban a solucionar y llegaron y todo igual, tuvimos que quedarnos creyendo que iban a solución y nada.
Ingresamos viernes y nos solucionaron hasta el domingo , mal servicio

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The property is dirty, old, and poorly maintained.

We were bitten multiple times by bed bugs. We reported the problem immediately, but the staff showed no concern and made no effort to relocate us or properly address the situation.

On top of that, we accidentally left a jacket in the closet. We returned to the unit only 30 minutes after check-out, while the housekeeper was still cleaning, but they had already thrown it away. Despite admitting what happened, they refused to reimburse us or take any responsibility for the loss.

The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guests’ concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Roaches in the apartment, mattresses had sinks in the middle that hurt my back and had to leave a day early, security at the pool made everyone feel like we was in a prison yard being watched and circled by prison guards,.the valet kept trying to hand me my keys to go get my own vehicle, plumbing was bad. The bathroom sink kept clogging water filling up the basin and going down very slow.
