Dachterrasse und Balkon öffentlich waren okay. Hantel auf der Dachterrasse.

Abzocke beim Empfang. Ich hatte bar bezahlt in Euro. Man nutze meine Müdigkeit aus und drängelte mir unbemerkt 32 Euro zu viel auf. (falscher Wechselkurs) Ich zu viel auf. Die Wände im Zimmer waren schmutzig. Der Türriegel war kaputt. Das Türschloss war schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren größtenteils in einem ausgeleierten und vergilbten Zustand. Der Schrank war viel zu klein. Die Matratze lag auf alten Brettern, die ein einmal raus gefallen waren. Spiegel und Duschvorhang sehr tief angebracht. Dusche befindet sich direkt neben der Toilette - sehr unhygienisch. Zum Wechseln der Bettwäsche und Handtücher musste man immer bitten. Wasser überteuert. Für jeden Besuch im Hotel muss man bezahlen. Auf eine Rechnung musste ich lange warten.

Por ser zona centro queda cerca a varios sitios de interes, la bahia, parque los novios, se puede caminar, claro no tan tarde de la noche, presencia de indigentes normal en zona centro

So on arrival I found the room was not as advertised. The room with a balcony I paid for turned out to not even have a window. The toilet didn't have a seat and there were holes in the sheets. While complaining at reception I cancelled the 3 day booking and agreed to stay for just one night. They supposedly refunded me the other 2 days I had paid while we were talking but said I wouldn't receive the money until Monday as it was the weekend. This was a lie it is now Wednesday and after a WhatsApp conversation with the hotel I have learnt that the money never got sent. I have tried talking to reception but they have been less than helpfulful.

Nada. El lugar es terrible.

Cons:

Está ubicado en una zona peligrosa y rodeada de indigentes. Sus calles alrededor son muy sucias. Las habitaciones no se parecen nada a las fotos. Las camas no tienen colchones, sino colchonetas de plástico. Las sábanas muy sucias. Los baños de las habitaciones no tienen espejo. Son muy pequeñas y sin ventilación ni ventanas. El lugar es aterrador y causa miedo. Hice el check in y entré a la habitación, e inmediatamente salí corriendo a buscar otro hotel. Fue tan horrible que no me importó perder el dinero de las noches ya reservadas. Este lugar no se debería ofertar por esta Booking.

The location is ok and is pretty close to everything, only few blocks walking to the Plaza Bolivar and a walking distance to the Bay where you can find restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The installation is not well maintained, the bathroom drain wasn't working properly (lack of frequent maintenance). Room and bathroom are pretty small, on the website looks a little bigger. Pretty uncomfortable mattress and pillows (I cannot describe how comfortless was sleeping, the worst bed I’ve ever sleep). If you’re in a budget you may consider other’s options nearby.
