Séjour exceptionnel sans autre qualification !!
La communication avec l'hôtel (prise en charge depuis l'aéroport, demande exceptionnelle,...) a été fluide dès le début de la réservation.
Le voyage était effectué en couple et donc j'avais quelques demandes exceptionnelles. Tout a été mis en place comme demandé et ma compagne a bien apprécié la surprise.
Le chauffeur nous a déposé juste en haut de l'hôtel et nous avons été pris en charge par un personnel (désolé je ne me souviens plus du nom et c'est dommage car il a été très gentil avec nous) qui s'est chargé de récupérer nos 2 bagages un peu lourds, pour descendre les marches jusqu'à l'hôtel. Même si ce n'est pas obligatoire, il est convenable de lui faire un petit geste après cet effort.
La chambre était décorée comme demandé dès la réservation. Elle était fabuleuse et apaisante. Très bon lit, douche exceptionnelle avec une très bonne pression, machine a café, bouilloire.
Le jacuzzi intérieur était bien même si ma compagne aurait aimé que l'eau soit un peu plus chaude. Mais c'était convenable.
Le petit déjeuner était parfait et très varié. Dès l'arrivée à l'hôtel, vous choisissez les aliments que vous voulez dans votre petit déjeuner. Il est servi à la terrasse de la chambre. Nous partagions la terrasse avec une autre chambre. Sur les 3 nuits passées, nous nous sommes croisées qu'une seule fois.
Nous avions une vue incroyable depuis la terrasse, que ce soit le matin pendant la prise du petit déjeuner ou le soir pour prendre un verre ou juste regarder le coucher du soleil. Les amateurs de photo en peignoir seront contents.
La situation de l'hôtel est fantastique mais il fait qu'il faut monter un peu des marches quand on peut se balader. Ce n'est pas insurmontable mais c'est bien de la savoir dès le début.
Beaucoup de restos sont à proximité et vous aurez beaucoup de choix.

Location was absolutely perfect , great sunset views . Couldn’t have been in a better spot . We stayed in the honeymoon suite for 6 days which has lots of space and big terrace . When we arrived Adi helped us with our cases and when we left to go home . He also brought breakfast to our terrace every morning which was amazing and assisted with anything we needed . He is an absolute work horse , great guy and an asset to aperto suites .

Just wish there was a pool because it was so hot there! But we turn off our hot tub which made for a nice little luke warm pool.

View was good. Breakfast was functional and was served in the room / balcony. Adi at the reception was helpful though he was unwell but wanted to do his best.
When we booked the room; we thought that balcony will be adjacent to the room; but it was actually one floor above. So you have to take stairs from outside the room to go in your balcony. We asked for another room; but they didn’t have it available. Also since these are caldera views room; one would require a porter to reach to the room if there is heavy luggage. So when arriving in the hotel, we didn’t know and it became a take to reach. However, at the time of departure, Adi organised a porter and paid for it too. Wi fi was not functioning up to the mark. Room was very small even for two people.
Best location to stay! 🤩 Really amazing. Amazing open and warm water jacuzzi, sea view. You can enjoy eye-catching sunset from your room. 🌅 Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner just next to the beautiful sea view. 🍽️ Wholesome best place to stay! ✨
