Good staff. Resturent service is excellent. Food prepared are very fresh & tasty
Pros:

Homely atmosphere. Food served is good of quality. Staff services are very good

Cons:

There is further scope of housekeeping. Almirah/ cupboard not available in room no.201, which is the basic requirement.

Best place to relax and have a peaceful location.
Pros:

The best part is their hospitality and food, a great view of the entire Darjeeling town. This place is closer to tiger hills.

Cons:

Little far from the main Darjeeling town.

Staff behavior is good

Cons:

No cleaning, no tea table and no chair at room. No facilities to take the dinner inside room. Restuarent having the room service but no table at room. Room heater also charged separately.

The Location is deadly stunning, Staff is very gentle and of kind gesture.
Pros:

The hotel was good, Staff is very professional and kind, I and my wife are fully satisfied, even they arrange our transport as well, although it charged a 1000 bucks more but never mind because they assure the safety

Cons:

On the checkout day, they charged me Rs 430 for the breakfast, only this thing I didn't like

Pros:

Total value for money. But when i checked in other rooms were under renovation. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Sharing taxis for Darjeeling main are available from nearby. Ghoom station is walking distance.
