Ужасное отношение к клиентам
Pros:

Непонятно где Отель находится, нет ни вывески, ни указателей, с чемоданом пришлось вокруг дома несколько раз ходить. Подтвердили бронь, оплату сняли. Позвонила, приехала в Отель. Выяснилось, что номер, который я забронировала, уже занят. Предложили отправиться в их же отели в совсем других районах Москвы. Мне так как был важен этот район, конечно не устроили их предложения. В итоге пришлось на месте искать другой Отель. На моей просьбу оплатить хотя бы такси до другого отеля, отказались, не возместили расходы. Попросила книгу жалоб, не нашли, не дали в итоге. Ужасное отношение к своим клиентам. Никому не порекомендую.
