Wifi not good cause some phone can't connect with the wifi n one more so many guys take money for parking motorcycle n It's not good...because passengers coming to Batam for holiday not for paying parking motorcycle...

Its location is near foodcourt and nagoya hill mall and ferry terminal.

Cons:

The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke, even though my room has no window the smoke seems to be coming from outside my door. the TV reception was poor quality too.

The front desk not helpful and unwilling to let us check in early despite we willing to pay for early check in. She stated that she needs to adhere to Booking.com timing. Both rooms booked have many roaches and dirty.. Telephone did not work. And no WiFi as promised in your apps.
