Comme à la maison
Pros:

Logment toujours au top même 1 an apres ma 1ère visite. L'emplacement est idéal a côté de tout et la propriétaire toujours autant gentille.

Affordable stay in a great location with friendly staff
Pros:

A clean and modern space, very helpful staff, within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Cheap and affordable.

Cons:

We did have a couple of AC issues and with the lack of windows it did get extremely stuffy. There was quite a bit of noise from other guests late at night. We also had problems with a lack of hot water for a while but staff resolved this quickly.

Pros:

Man war zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt von Chiang Mai. Das gefiel uns sehr. Es gab zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe.
Die Dame von der Rezeption war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Es war leider, wie bereits in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt, sehr sehr hellhörig. Man konnte verstehen was die Zimmernachbarn sagen und man hatte das Gefühl, wenn sie im Badezimmer waren das es aus dem eigenen käme.
Die Tür vom Zimmer war auch nur eine Schiebetür, die nur mit einem Riegel verschlossen werden konnte

Die Lage ist gut. Und das Bett was sehr gut. Das war’s aber auch.

Cons:

Viel zu teuer. Viel zu dunkel das Zimmer und viel zu hellhörig, man konnte sich nicht im Zimmer unterhalten ohne das die Nachbarn sich darüber beschwert haben. Handtücher wurden nicht einmal gewechselt in 4 Tagen.

Muy buen calidad-precio
Pros:

Me ha parecido súper coqueto, limpio y ordenado. El personal un encanto. Considero que es un buen calidad-precio. Además cuenta con un pequeño patio muy mono.

Cons:

La única falta que puedo decir es que la ventana es pequeña pero al dar al patio, entra bastante luz.

Excepto una noche que el tipo de recepcion, de las 11 de la noche hasta las 2 o así chillando como un loco, discutiendose él solo, no había nadie más que él, salimos a ver que pasaba, y estaba él solo chillando. Algo preocupante. La siguiente noche no pasó nada.

Mogliśmy dzień wcześniej zostawić bagaż bez dodatkowej opłaty.

Cons:

Wifi nie działało. Gdy zapytałem Pan odpowiedział mi w swoim języku co było na prawdę bardzo pomocne xd Pan który tam pracuje (młody z tatuażem) strasznie hałasuje w nocy i wcześnie rano. Sprawia wrażenie jakby był tam za karę. Mieliśmy pokój przy recepcji i o 5/6 rano obudziły nas dźwięki gry lub filmików puszczanych z telefonu. Ściany bardzo cienkie. Wszystko słychać. Nie można zamknąć drzwi od środka na klucz.

Cozy, nice staff, top location
Pros:

Location was great, we were able to leave the motorbike in front of the hotel and the staff was super nice!

Cons:

The door of the room doesnt lock completely…you only have the small chain lock🫤
The hotel felt super safe but that wasnt the best part😅
