La limpieza de la habitación
El desayuno muy básico ; no colocan agua en las habitaciones , falta una papelera en la alcoba , vasos en el baño

I like the location because it facilitates access to the areas I need to visit.
The property is okay, management is the problem. As I stated below, money was stolen from the safe in my room and management failed to contact me to hear the facts and to properly investigate incident.
I liked that we got tree beds instead of two. This was very comfortable. De room was spacious including the bathroom. There was also warm water en in the morning delicious breakfast included. There was also a beautiful pool present and the hotel was very peaceful with a lot of vegetation. Not to forget the restaurant that is an Japanese Peru restaurant with a delicious menu. I surely recommend this hotel. There is 24 hour servailiance so it feels safe and its gated.
That the first night our room was cleaned but the rest of the nights it didn't got cleaned. We insured this was informed to the frontdesk. So I recommend every day asking for room service to make sure it gets cleaned.

The staff was super nice and helpful and the room was good. Good air-conditioning and bed. Also, it was clean.
It was a good place, a bit far from everything and also the pool was not working. I actually booked it for that reason, but unfortunately it was being cleaned...
There was no problem with the hotel or staff. In fact the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The only issue, is that there were no other guests, in my entire Maybe three 5 day stay.
