Lage ist top...Zimmer selbst war gut...alles da..ein wenig abgewohnt aber ok
Man wurde von keiner Angestellten begrüßt oder angesprochen..
Das jeden Tag ein LKW von Spar direkt vor dem Fenster steht und knapp eine stunde auslädt gehölrt dazu gesagt....das war ehrlich gesagt eine Frechheit und hat und jeden Tag geweckt.
Hätte ich das gewusst , hätte ich nicht gebucht.
Und mir persönlich hat beim Frühstück was warmes gefehlt...Speck..Würstchen oder sowas.
W hotelu byłem po raz drugi. Daję maksymalną ocenę 10/10. Jest to jeden z trzech najlepszych hoteli, w których nocowałem. Przewyższa inne hotele spektakularnym widokiem na jezioro i szczyty górskie. Bardzo dobre śniadania z wersją wegetariańską. Zostaliśmy bardzo ciepło przyjęci i pożegnani. Przesympatyczne Panie z recepcji i restauracji hotelowej. Niestety nie można dać oceny wyższej niż 10/10, dlatego daję od siebie dodatkowo 10 gwiazdek: **********. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócę.

The hotel is located in the very city center facing beautiful Traunsee and the Mountains. Our room was spacious and we had a gorgeous view. The breakfast was delicious and served in a room with spectacular view of the lake. We parked in the garage below the hotel.
We have only very minor things that could be improved. The water tap in the bathroom should be cleaned from limescale to prevent it from sprinkling around. The doorknob of the entrance door to the room should be fastened a bit tighter.

leider kein Rührei trotz total tollem Frühstück
Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt an der Esplanade ist natürlich ideal und auch die Parkgarage, sowie Supermarkt im Haus sind spitze.
Leider haben die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, heizen sich im Sommer aber stark auf. Selbst unser Zimmer mit nordseitigen Fenster war sehr warm. Mit Kleinkind ist das alles andere als angenehm. An erholsamen Schlaf ist da leider nicht zu denken. Gäbe es eine Klimaanlage wäre die Bewertung eine 10/10. Auch die Kühlleistung der Minibar war überschaubar und so gab es leider nur lauwarmes Bier.
