Didn’t want to leave. We will be back.
Pros:

Location, size of apartment, aesthetics, staff were amazing. Cold plunge in canal & social dinner was a highlight of our trip.

Cons:

No coffee in apartment.

Virkelig stemningsfuldt sted - kommer meget gene igen 🙏🏻

Cons:

Larmende udsugning på værelset, som udsendte kold luft og larmede, som ikke kunne slukkes. Ellers var alt andet perfekt.

Charming Apartment, but Service and Amenities Disappoint
Pros:

The small apartment we stayed in was really well furnished and very charming, located in a beautiful old building in a great area of Copenhagen.

Cons:

The service was very unprofessional and inflexible – check-in took a long time because the counter doubles as a bar, and the staff seemed untrained. There was no flexibility with check-in, check-out, or even getting a second pillow, which is really unacceptable. I ended up having to fold towels under my head to sleep because only one pillow was provided, and I can’t imagine a hotel not being able to provide a second one, especially at this price. Breakfast, which was not included, was handled poorly with missing utensils, no sugar for coffee, and overall felt very amateurish. We still made the best of our stay, but for the price and the hotel’s standards, the experience was disappointing.

Vi syntes det er et fantastisk sted men sengene trænger til en opdate !
Pros:

Der er dejlig afslappet stemning, næste hemmeligt ! Lejlighederne er fantastik og bo , især dem mod kanalen ! Men værelserne i kælderen er også fine !
Dejlig store badeværelser !

Cons:

Vi har boet i alle typer af værelser og flere lejligheder - alle sengene var de samme og rigtig dårlige at ligge 2 i - man vågner hver gang den anden vender sig og så er de for bløde og for små - forstår ikke når der plads at der ikke er større og adskilte senge evt. med fælles top madras !

Pros:

Stemningen ved kanalen, bygningen og hyggeligt indrettede værelser. Rent og pænt. Rar, imødekommende og hjælpsom personale, der viser ned til værelset. Også rengøring hilser pænt.

Cons:

Meget lydt da det er et ældre hus, og særligt hører man, når der bliver gået rundt ovenpå og på trappeopgangen (jeg boede desværre lige ved trappeopgangen). Der var først nogenlunde ro omkring kl. 23.00 - på en hverdag er det lidt sent.
