Pros:

It was EXTREMELY cozy, the bed and couch were very comfortable. Overall it was a warm apartment even though it was on the last floor. It had many necessities, more than we expected and it was very comfortable to live in. It was also very close to central sightseeings and metro/tram/bus stations. The owners were extremely kind and helpful!!! I recommend it 100%!

Pros:

Super gemütliches Appartement, zentral gelegen am Platz der Republik. Größe war völlig ausreichend, auch alle erforderlichen Geräte, um sich für ein paar Tage selbst zu versorgen waren vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Check-In funktionierten wie immer völlig reibungslos👍

La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de la estación de buses, del centro de la ciudad, supermercado, etc. Muy bien equipado

Vicina al centro, pulita e con tutto il necessario. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile

Cons:

Ci sono piccoli difetti ma che non rappresentano limiti, la camera si raggiunge esclusivamente con le scale che non sono tantissime comunque quindi è fattibile soprattutto per chi viaggia con solo lo zaino

La ubicación, el departamento tenia todo lo necesario, no es muy grande pero cumple perfectamente la necesidad que teniamos.

Cons:

No hay nada que señalar, solamente son 5 pisos por escalera para nuestro caso no fue un problema.

Très bon logement, je recommande vivement !
Pros:

Le logement est très confortable et très bien situé. Il est bien équipé et les lits sont confortables.
De plus, notre hôte, Jan, a été très accessible et nous a gentiment aidé car nous avions oublié notre sac à Prague ! un grand merci à lui !

Overall lovely apartment great value for money would definitely stay again
Pros:

Location was perfect very close to the old town and bus/train station was walkable. The apartment itself was lovely and cozy with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The apartment was up 6 flights of stairs with no elevator which is typical for Europe but if you are elderly/not physically in shape it might be a bit of a struggle. The 3 different keys were not labelled so it made getting into the the apartment take a while each time so maybe labelling the keys would be a good idea.

Cons:

La amabilidad de Jan nos dejo mucho que desear. Viajábamos mi pareja y yo, debido al mal temporal en Praga se nos retraso el vuelo cuatro horas. Inmediatamente se lo comunicamos a Jan y nos informo que existían tarifas nocturnas para la entrega de llaves las cuales no estaban publicadas en booking. Llegamos antes de las 23.00 horas y debido a la extorsión ejercida por Jan, a pesar de que nosotros le pedimos que ese recargo se nos hiciese a través de la plataforma de booking, nos vimos obligados a buscar un cajero para retirar el dinero porque la persona que vino a entregar las llaves nos dijo que se tenia que ir ya. Y no nos ofreció ninguna otra alternativa. El apartamento cumple las expectativas de ubicación, excepto por el hecho de que no es un apartamento, si no una habitación con vitrocerámica.

Great location - nice room
Pros:

The best part was the location, it was perfect, close to everything and very easy accessible by public transport. The room was small, but very nice, more than enough room for two. Would definitely stay there again!

Cons:

The room was located on the fifth floor and there are no elevators, so if you have a heavy suitcase or struggle with a lot of stairs then that can be a bit of a challenge. But you can look at it as a workout :p
