Pros:

Where I can start. The description of the property is not even close. The apt is part of a beachfront building but I was mislead to think that I had a nice beach view. From my 2 of the bedrooms what you can see is a bunch debries and gargage. In order for you to see the beach you had to step outside the balcony and with that came all the noise from the main highway because the apt was located almost to the end of the building where the road is. The kitchen was ok but half of the burners were not working, hot water will barely reach the "master" bedroom bath, the beds were so small (full size at best) and the 3rd bedroom is as big as a storage where you barely can walk in and open the closet door because it is very small. And to add, we were charged almost $20,000 pesos more at registration per person and nobody could me why. Gets better.. building is still under construction so you hear banging and welding all day and the only access to the beach is you cross the whole parking lot. Needless to say, not a good experience.
