Perfect location in Chiang Mai.
Pros:

The garden setting was great, it was very peaceful and relaxing, especially with the fish! The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious.

Cons:

There should be a takeaway breakfast option as a alternative to breakfast in the restaurant. They sold bakery items but this was an additional charge even if you didn't order any breakfast but had paid for bed and breakfast.

Perfect accommodation would definitely stay again
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel and gardens, love the carp pond! Drinks and breakfast were lovely, room was immaculately clean. Aircon was great and had all the facilities you would need! Bed and pillows were very comfy and all the staff was very lovely and accommodating.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like! My personal preference would be for a balcony and more breakfast options but doesn’t change the experience :)

I enjoyed it and would stay again but would be prepared for the shower water.
Pros:

Great location, quiet area and off the main streets, lovely gardens, modern rooms, great air conditioning, lots of power points and USB ports, good breakfast and coffee.

Cons:

The shower water temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and very cold even without moving the tap to adjust it. I couldn’t find the right position for warm water, it was either hot or cold.

Great location near the main road but so quiet, staff very helpful, room was very clean and quiet.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and always with a smile. They were were very helpful. The wheels on my luggage had been damaged by the airlines and the staff rang around to look for a place to repair it. They also got me the Grab and explained to the driver where the repair shop was. I'm very grateful for this because very few Thai speak english.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The location is great—right in town yet surrounded by a garden. The room is just the right size. The food is delicious, and the cocktails are amazing, though slightly pricey. However, the quality and presentation of the food are excellent. With the 15% offer, dining at the restaurant was a good experience. Night market is walkable. The staff are friendly, and the service is great.

Cons:

No lifts. only staircase to carry luggage

staff davvero gentile, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta/esigenza, ci hanno sempre accontentati anche sugli orari della colazione che tra l'altro è sempre stata ottima! Location davvero molto bella, camere non enormi ma davvero curate!

Lovely garden environment
Pros:

Lovely, garden environment very unique in the old town area.

Cons:

No lift for a 3-storey building!! The high stairs were punishing after a long day out with shopping to carry. We are seniors and had to insist on a room on the first floor. No toilet paper and almost empty tissue box. This should be checked before guests check in.

Personal und Gartenanlage Top, das Zimmer so lala
Pros:

Gerne würde ich eine positive Bewertung abgeben da das Personal wirklich sehr sehr freundlich war und die Aussenanlage eine Oase war. Aber leider hat einiges nicht gepasst. Zum einen mussten wir nach einer Nacht das Zimmer wechseln da das Geplätscher vom Teich sehr störend war, danach war es etwas besser. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig man hörte einfach alles. Zum anderen hätte es definitiv sauberer sein sollen, trotzdem vielen Dank fürs austauschen der Kissen.

Cons:

Die Lampenschirme müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden, kein schöner Anblick beim ersten eintreten ins Zimmer. Die Wassertemperatur Schwankungen beim Duschen waren auch nicht wirklich angenehm und die Ablage der Produkte war defekt und hing nur noch so dilettantisch an der Wand. Ebenso die Toilettenpapier Halterung hatte seine beste Zeit hinter sich.

Zentrale ruhige Lage mit schönem kleinen Garten stehen.

Cons:

Frühstücksauswahl ist etwas klein, da nur 6 Gerichte zur Auswahl stehen - kein Buffet. Bei kürzeren Aufenthalten ist es aber völlig ausreichend.
