Pros:

I had dinner here on the second night of my stay. The food is fantastic. I used the spa and had a massage - the therapist was lovely. Location was perfect for me explore north coast

Cons:

The room i was in was on the ground floor and close to reception - children were running around reception and the corridors shouting most of the time I was there - they knocked on the door twice which I ignored. That needs to be controlled better as its quite disruptive.
A band also played at the reception desk on the Sunday night which made it hard to get an early night.
In the spa the sauna was not working when it opened on the Sunday morning. There was no staff available to ask about the settings so myself and another guest had to try to get it working.

Very pleasant stay.will come again.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and well presented super friendly waitress and very helpful.

Cons:

I am used to this hotel.great standard as usual.
Only drawback no kitchen food available after 8.30 to 9.00pm.even a toastie would have surficed.luckily coffee available in room with biscuit.
My own fault because I spent too long at the pool and spa.

Food was reasonably priced & beautiful, it was very peaceful & quiet. The spa treatment & spa area was fabulous & private. The staff were very helpful & friendly.

Cons:

Monday night entertainment cancelled for the foreseeable, was disappointed as it didnt state this when booking online. Should be made known to public.

I would recommend your hotel to friends and family.
Pros:

From arriving at Reception to leaving the Hotel the next morning the Staff were efficient and welcoming.

I was informed I had the best room in the Hotel and it certainly looked it.

Cons:

I carried my own overnight bag which is not a problem but if a guest was less able bodied it is a nice touch to be asked if someone would carry their luggage to the room.

Really cozy hotel
Pros:

The hotel it self is beautiful. Love that there's soo many little corners that you can sit down stairs. Room was beautiful very clean had the deluxe king room . Massive tv which was brilliant. Breakfast was great really enjoyed it . Staff was lovely . Close to town so we were able to head there and with in minutes your back to the country side hotel. Sadly forgot swim wear so didn't get to use the pool etc

Cons:

The room was soo warm and no way to cool the room down . 2 small top windows do open but didn't feel comfortable or relaxed leaving the curtains open to let the little air in because there's rooms looking into your room also dining room can see you if your walking about . At night we had the curtains slightly open to let some air in but could smell a certain substance being smoked cummin through the window .
