Spacious, good base location for North Coast tour. Decent restaurant
Bar service a bit slow but no issues really...
Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gemütlich und hatte eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns begeistert – es war abwechslungsreich, liebevoll angerichtet und einfach hervorragend. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Spa-Bereich nur gegen einen Aufpreis genutzt werden kann. Bei dem ohnehin höheren Zimmerpreis hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass dieser bereits inklusive ist. Ansonsten gibt es von unserer Seite keine weiteren Kritikpunkte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Our rooms were comfortable and clean, with a decent sized bathroom. We were visiting the Giant’s Causeway so the location of the hotel was ideal for our visit. The communal lounges and restaurant are well presented, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. A particular mention for the staff in the restaurant and bar staff, they go above and beyond to help, and radiate a very genuine feeling of enjoying their jobs. The lead manager is doing a marvelous job in welcoming and providing customers with an exemplary level of hospitality. We dined in the restaurant during our two night stay and on both occasions we were treated to this high standard of care. The food was delicious, large generous plates of professionally prepared well presented dishes. It was a joy to indulge ourselves with the mains and desserts!

Breakfast was very good. Selection of fresh fruit a really nice touch. The staff were very attentive and helpful. All staff from reception, in the garden bar to restaurant staff at breakfast.
A longer stay would’ve been really nice. Next time perhaps.
Very pleasant sounding building is showing a bit of age but still acceptable

First class stay and location was brilliant and also very clean
Only fault we had was we had to wait over an hour for our food on the Saturday evening as Friday evening was so good only 20 minutes but food was excellent on both occasions

The doors was paper thin and could hear quite a lot of noise from the corridors but other than that great hotel lovely food and great clean bedroom
