Good hotel rooms not situated correct
Pros:

We have been here a good few times once or twice a year as a family usually around 8-10 of us and have always had the best time love the food, clean enough, kids always made to feel so welcome

Cons:

What I didn’t enjoy about the hotel was we had a family room in room 21 with our 2 children and there was a singer in which was fine he went over at 11 we coped with that but what I didn’t appreciate was our room was obviously directly above the smoking area or above somewere that lots of people were and the noise of them singing, shouting, talking was a joke my son who is 2 nearly 3 was woke up 3 time from 10-3 each time screaming cause he was scared of the noise it already took me over an hour to finally get him asleep then to be woke up loads of times with this I contacted the reception and spoke to someone but nothing really was done I didn’t feel the complaint was took on very serious!

Fabulous Hotel and Staff
Pros:

I enjoyed everything about the Bushtown from entering the building to leaving, staff layout food rooms all excellent I will highly recommend staying there.
