Pros:

Nothing. Spa not working, room dirty with deadbugs and spider webs and stains on furniture

Cons:

Total scam. Was expecting clean comfy rooms and we got dirty water damaged room with dead bugs and spider webs. Sauna was broken, steam room was not working and pool was full of sand and garbage
No refunds or chance to change rooms

Basic hotel for exploring the North Coast
Pros:

It was very basic but the staff were lovely, particularly the waiting staff at dinner & breakfast.
It’s in a great location for exploring the north coast.

Cons:

The limited time that hotel guests are permitted to use the swimming pool. We had to book for an hour on arrival.
During the day, hotel guests are only permitted from 8-9:30am. It’s not ideal when breakfast is served from 7:30-10:00. You have to be up early if you want breakfast, then go for a swim on a full stomach.
The lady who works in the spa asked us to get out of the pool at 9:28, we were already in the process of leaving.
She then proceeded to come into the changing rooms and ask if we were nearly finished getting ready as spa guests were arriving. Maybe make guests aware that you have to be out, and changed for 9:30.
We had two facials booked for 1:15pm but cancelled as the other two in our party couldn’t use the leisure facilities while we were having our treatments.
We didn’t want them sitting around waiting.

Ok visit ruined by noise
Pros:

Room was nice and the night porter was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The reception staff on arrival were not unfriendly, but they didn’t feel particularly welcoming either, which wasn’t the best first impression.

Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by the location of our family room, which was directly above the bar. There was a live band playing until around 11pm, and the noise made it very difficult for us to sleep. This was especially challenging as we had an early start the following morning due to our daughter having a hospital procedure. As a result, we were all left feeling very tired, which impacted an already important and stressful day.

very good business stay
Pros:

The room wash very comfortable and well appointed. Comfortable bed but the pillows could have been a better quality. The breakfast was excellent
