Staff were amazing couldn't do enough. hotel is beautiful well decorated very clean comfortable to socialise. Food was amazing.

The beds. Bed were lovely decorated but the pillows were flat. bed it's self wasn't comfortable think just to firm

Pros:

Facilities were lovely. Family rooms all together so no noisy people.

Cons:

Went in early December, very busy. We waited 45mins to just order food at the table. The food was disappointing. The children's food was very disappointing and my dish came with no salad, garnish anything. Other than that - nice facilities.

An exceptional night away
Pros:

I was so impressed with the friendliness of the young chap on duty in reception when I booked in. He was so pleasant and helpful a credit to the hotel. Room 9 was such a treat: comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. My breakfast was delicious: the scrambled egg was the best I have ever tasted. All the cooked food was hot, perfectly cooked and very tasty all in all a great way to start the day. Compliments to the chef and staff...

Cons:

The only minor criticism is: I would have liked more juice in the mixed fruit as it was rather dry...

Had a lovely stay and would definitely be back.
Pros:

The girls in the spa were fantastic and the treatments amazing. Would definitely be back to go there.
The singer on the Friday night was great entertainment so that was a bonus.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant for dinner was a little slow, but everyone was lovely.
