the sauna is a little dirty and smelled ugly.and just 1 it is work.
The wii-fii in our room is a bad signal.

Enjoyable short stay (my daughter and granddaughters also there). Good food and relaxing atmosphere.

Although quite old the lounge area and restaurant was comfortable.

Nothing significant but a refreshment would go down well

Fantastic, relaxing, great rooms, friendly and lovely staff 😁
Pros:

Spa was great my children loved the swimming pool, food in restaurant was fantastic, beds where comfortable everyone slept great! Breakfast was amazing! Staff are always friendly and really enjoyed the entertainment by John definitely a 10/10 stay! It’s definitely a great place for a we break ☺️

Cons:

Definitely need an ironing board and iron in rooms!! And bigger towels for the bathrooms and spa!

Swimming pool

Cons:

Lamp broken in children’s bedroom. Told staff but they didn’t look at it. Mattress had big divot and was not comfortable. Bedroom was extremely noisy, could hear a lot of noise from downstairs. The showers in the swimming pool were freezing so we had to shower in the hotel room.

Last minute booking was more than we could ask for
Pros:

Indoor pool. Breakfast included was very good. There was plenty to choose from. Hotel was very busy on check in but the 2 guys on reception handled everything very calmly and quickly. Bar staff very professional and cocktails where made fresh and tasted good.the room was spacious and clean. Live entertainment on in the evening was a bonus and great way to end the evening
