Cuando llegamos al
Hotel no tenían nuestra reserva, pagamos de nuestro dinero esa noche porque no teníamos donde dormir y Orbitz nos reubicó al hotel y nos cobro las 4 noches

Couldn't stay
Pros:

Looked nice from outside.

Cons:

Arrived for check-in and told I couldn't because no water so unfortunately didn't get to stay. Unclear how long the problem has been going on but was approved that nobody warned me and the place was still being advertised. Was booked for a week so instead have had to make multiple bookings at other hotels for this week.
