Pros:

Beautiful, small boutique hotel. The location is excellent, being just outside the castle walls, so close to the lake and lots of eating places. The room was one of the nicest I have been in - the bathroom was excellent. The room had a kettle and a fridge. Breakfast was superb and well worth the money. Service was friendly and helpful - overall a great nights stay!

Beautiful hotel run by wonderful people
Pros:

A wonderful warm welcome and very friendly helpful staff. Our room was spacious and we designed- little things like lots of power sockets and a good desk area. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Excellent location

Άνετη διαμονή στην οποία ένιωθες σαν το σπίτι σου!!
Pros:

Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχειου ήταν ευγενέστατο και πολυ εξυπηρετικό. Πέρασαμε υπέροχα στα Ιωάννινα χάρη στην άνεση και την καθαριότητα του χώρου αλλά και την όμορφη αισθητική του δωματίου μας. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική καθώς είναι πάρα πολυ κοντά στη λίμνη αλλά και στο κέντρο σε απόσταση που μπορεί κανείς να διανύσει με τα πόδια πολύ εύκολα. Ευχαριστούμε που κάνατε την εξόρμηση μας ακόμα καλύτερη!!!!!

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μας προβλημάτισε. Το ξενοδοχείο ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας και πιθανώς τις ξεπέρασε. Θα χαρούμε να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!!!

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο όμορφο, ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, δίπλα στη λίμνη και την παλιά πόλη, δίπλα σε καφέ και ρεστοραν ….
Η εξυπηρέτηση του οικοδεσπότη και των υπαλλήλων άψογη. Ανταποκρίθηκαν με χαρά σε κάθε μας αίτημα …
Μπράβο τους!!

Cons:

Δεν διαθέτει πάρκινγκ, διότι είναι σε πεζόδρομο..
Υπάρχουν, όμως, ακριβώς δίπλα πάρκινγκ επι πληρωμη , ένα εκ των οποίων κάνει ειδικές τιμές για τους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου….
Δεν διαθέτει ασανσέρ για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα….

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία! Όμορφη διακόσμηση και άνετο κρεβάτι!!

Cons:

Χωρίς να μπω σε λεπτομέρειες θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό και προσεγμένο στα είδη που παρέχει!

A wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of things to enjoy. The location was good for exploring the city and have access to nearby parking. The people at the hotel were very friendly and helped plan our day.
