Pros:

De Ware is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood in Amsterdam, close to Museumplein and Vondel Park. I would say it is ideal for families with small kids or people that are not looking for the "Red light district" vibe.
The hotel is small (has less than 20 rooms), clean and very nicely decorated. The staff was great, they were in constant communication with us (they replied very fast to all our instant messaging) and helped us with any information we needed.
The room was clean, the cleaning products (shampoo, soap etc) were premium quality and not the generic brand you usually find in hotels.

Cons:

The standard double room was small (typical to Amsterdam I would say) so there was limited space besides the bed and the bathroom.
Additionally, the prices are noticeable bigger (25 - 30% bigger) than other 4 star hotels in the area.

We enjoyed our stay: Highly recommend.
Pros:

Loved the location — quiet neighborhood close to museum district. Staff — We really enjoyed getting to know the staff. They were congenial, engaging, and helpful. Olia gave us great recommendations for dining and was particularly delightful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

Everything was fine. Grateful for the elevator.

Pros:

La comodidad de las camas, el espacio y lo grande que era la habitación cuádruple, que tenga nevera es un suplemento y el dueño o responsable se entendía bien con el español. Tener en cuenta que os piden 400 euros de fianza que se os devolverá.

Cons:

La limpieza aunque te hacían la cama, te cambiaban toallas, las camas no las hacían bien nos encontramos las almohadas algunas en el suelo o un cojin tirado, no lo dejaban muy ordenado y no aspiraba a diario la moqueta, por lo demas todo muy bien

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

A wonderful hotel! Really good location in a nice quiet area but close to museums etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a really good bathroom. The staff were wonderful, Igor was the person we had most interaction with and he was incredibly helpful. The complementary drink in the lovey bar area was great, as were the snacks in the room. Thank you!

Lovely comfortable boutique hotel, great location.
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights in July. We had a lovely family room with very comfortable beds. Hotel is in a quiet location- short walk to museumplein and vondelparc. The staff were very helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

Cons:

I would have liked a room rate to include breakfast. We paid for breakfast once but paying for breakfast separately for a family was expensive and not worth it.
